Brian was very professional and did a great job replacing a breaker box next to my Heat and Air unit. The reason for the low score is we were charged $587 to replace one breaker that can be purchased at Lowe's for $60. The cost of the repair was not fair. I will also be sharing this on the neighborhood Facebook group to ensure everyone knows how expensive this company is. Thank you. (See More)

Brian has been to my house on a few occasions and he has been wonderful. He always is professional and gives me all the information I need to make decisions to make the best decision for me. He never pushers but answers all my questions. I have used Coveant for many years and and feel they are very good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. brian quickly and accurately fixed a simple issue regarding my 2 zone cooling system which was previously overlooked by two other service companies. i wish i had made covenant my first call! very professional - showed me the problem and how it was fixed. did not leave until my questions were answered and i was comfortable with the resoultion. thank you! I would like to take a moment to say that I am so grateful. I am 64 years old and can't do things like I once could. I was broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire on Friday evening and a young man named Will was the only person who stopped to help of what looked like 200 cars that passed. Imagine this I do not carry a cellphone (imagine a person who doesn't have a cellphone in this day and age) but he found I had no spare so he made a call to someone he knew and took my tire to get it fixed. They was unable to repair the tire so he bought me a new tire and came back to install it. I offered to repay him as soon as I could but he said he was once in the same situation and someone helped him so he wanted nothing in return. What a blessing this guy is.
