The office personnel were excellent in communicating schedules, procedures, etc. The installation crew did an excellent job and left the area clean. I called Carolina Air Care because I had previously used them for a repair on a client property. It was a pleasant experience then and was certainly the same. When I called into the office, Allison arranged to have a service representative meet me that very afternoon. This was much appreciated as my husband had been dealing with another company that took four days to put a "bandaid" on my rental property's HVAC. My tenant deserved better. The cold weather was about to set in, and I did not want her to be without an efficient heater. The previous company had given me a quote which I felt was way above what the cost should have been. that's when I remembered my previous experience with Carolina Air Care, and gave them a call. When I met their rep, Jake, at the property, I was immediately impressed by their process and company system. He gave me a quote on the spot. It did not take me long to figure out that this was the best deal out there. Not only was I getting a 14 seer heat pump, but it was a noted Lennox product. A few days later my tenant had a brand new heat pump and wireless thermostat that she could program from her smart phone. All parties were happy thanks to the professional team at Carolina Air Care.

Our tech called before he arrived and gave us honest assessments of our HVAC condition. Our old unit was @ 13 years old so we knew it was probably DOA. We were given a variety of new HVAC unit options with varying costs. New unit arrived and was installed when we were promised. I am a worrier..always have been. I was very worried about installing 2 new AC units. Carolina Air Care sent very caring, professional people out to do the work. They promised no scratches anywhere and they delivered. They promised one day installation and they delivered. We recently replaced our old R-22 Freon HVAC system with a new Lennox Signature 3.5 ton 16 SEER split heat pump system with their Comfort WiFi T-stat. The entire replacement experience was excellent. The entire transition took less than one day.
