Second time using Carolina Air Care for HVAC replacement. first time great. This time numerous communication issues and scheduling "hiccups" delayed installation. First incident pushed installation two days without prior notification. On Installation day (scheduled for arrival between 8:30 - 10:30am) no communication from Carolina Air Care. Called the office at 3pm to track down the installers whom failed to arrive until 3:30pm and didn't complete the "morning job" until 9pm. Team was pleasant and seemed to take their time to do the job correctly. 1 week after install, the unit seems to be functioning well. Carolina Air Care was significantly less expensive than the other quotes but the unit and the company appear to have good reviews. Jake McConnell visited us to help us determine the appropriate A/C equipment we should consider. He provided a variety of options, but also recommended what he deemed most suitable for our home. His depth of understanding was substantial. He was forthcoming concerning all of our inquiries.
Paul and his installation team worked diligently until everything was complete sparing no time or effort insuring that everything was done right. All were exceedingly courteous throughout the installation.
The next day follow up by Dave Condra was thorough, validating the workmanship of the installation team a day prior. It's comforting to know how invested Carolina Air Care in the quality of their service.
From beginning to end, the professionalism was pronounced throughout every step in the process.
