The Lennox equipment this company installs and services is among the higher rated brands for boiler systems which was important to us. In the course of our conversations, (not a structured company promo) Scott Geiger explained many things which gave us some understanding of his experience and know-how, as well as convinced us of his honesty and dedication to meet his customers’ needs. We did not feel pushed, but drawn to choose his company. . He was very helpful in not only providing the estimate, but giving options on certain parts with separate prices.
Chris and Frank installed our new boiler and replaced our old electric water heater with a new natural gas model. They did their work with the skill that comes from experience and excellent training. They were also very friendly, and kept us informed during the process and followed up afterward. They found that the new thermostats they had planned to install were not needed and so reduced the price of the job accordingly. We would recommend them to others without hesitation.
Brunke-Geiger was one of three companies from which we got estimates. Their work was well done, including informing us of ways to use and maintain the systems and at a price that left us feeling we got real value at a reasonable price. We have an old Victorian home built in 1886. We needed a new boiler and as it turned out two new radiators. Jesse Spiker came out and gave us the estimate. He was very professional and his estimate was lower than any other we received and this is for the best furnace made, Lennox. We had a difficult time getting anyone to even give us an estimate. It seems no one wants to mess with boilers. The ladies in the office that we spoke to were very helpful and concerned that we get our heat before it got cold outside. The installation was scheduled and actually started a day early. Two of our radiators were cracked so new ones neede to be installed. The installers (Chris and sorry I don’t remember the other gentleman’s name) were so knowledgeable and caring and efficient. Chris had to come back and make an adjustment which they took care of the very day that I called. I spoke with Scott during the process and he graciously had the installation started before all of the paperwork was completed since it had started getting cold outside and we needed some heat. This is a very good company with a competent staff. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. If you are looking for a furnace this is the company to deal with not to mention the boiler is fantastic. Our experience with Brunke-Geiger was excellent. The team of guys that installed our new furnace were nice and profession and talked to me about what they were doing and helped me understand everything. They cleaned up after the install which really impressed me because sometimes you don't get that. I am so happy that we went with Brunke-Geiger. Their whole staff is excellent. Since our new furnace has been operating we can really tell a difference in how the heat is dispensed to each room. The rooms are warmer and we don't have that pocket of one room being warm and the other one being cold. I would recommend Brunke-Geiger to anyone who has heating or cooling problems. (See More)

Our old furnace failed two days after Christmas. They were able to schedule us for a new furnace right away. We were happy with all employees involved.... from the initial repair to get us heat....to the installation team....and office staff. The Lennox 96% efficient furnace is excellent. It seems to keep our house warmer and it does not cycle on and off as much as the old one. (See More)

Outstanding response! Received a timely estimate, with options. Received detailed answers to my questions. Work was scheduled and completed in an amazingly quick timeframe. Having my first top-of-the-line Lennox furnace installed in 1993 lasting 24 years. I had lifetime warranty on my heat exchanger, Lennox supplied Brunke Geiger a new furnace 3 days later they are here installed in less than five hours with no mess to clean up speedy accurate friendly highly professional company they are I would not recommend any furnace besides Lennox or any heating company besides brunke Geiger. There is now an open vent on our home to let chipmunks up, apparently, with no cover on it. I have gotten no explanation on this new germicidal filter that I've had installed. I've never gotten a phone call back, they send me emails in response to my phone calls. It took more than a month past when they said they were going to do the install to actually do the install. Our AC unit failed. After contacting 2 other dealers and getting poor response and almost no follow up, I finally found Brunke-Geiger. The response was great, the service was excellent, and the new product is so drastically better than what we had previously it is amazing. We replaced our heating unit at the same time. If you are in Brunke-Geiger's service territory, make them your choice. Lennox is the best, and this is the best company to get your Lennox from. Don't bother with the others. (See More)

The whole gang at Bunke-Geiger is top notch. Brunke Geiger has been taking care of my family since I was a kid (over 30 years). I recently had some air conditioning service work done on my non Lennox air conditioner. My furnace is a Lennox that is not that old. The ac unit is on borrowed time and Scott quoted me a new unit to replace it when it dies. (See More)

We went to Brunke-Geiger because of their good reputation. We also like to use local people to do our work. Scott answered any questions we had as well as his workers while they were here.
Any time the workers came upstairs from the basement, they wore slip-ons so as not to bring up dirt from where they were working. They also laid down sheets of cloth in the entry way so as not to bring in dirt from the outside. This was very much appreciated. They cleaned up any debris when they left for the day and explained what they were doing and what they accomplished for the day. They were helpful in us understanding the whole process and we were pleased. (See More)

The dealer spent a good amount of time discussing our options with us. We have never had air-conditioning, and our heating was done with ETS units. Mr. Geiger showed us our options, the benefits and possible down-sides for our situation. Our home had no duct work, so this was going to be a major project. What we appreciated so much was that there was no pressure. We were given time to think things over and make our own decision, which for us was VERY important.
The work was completed in a timely manner, and the workers were friendly and industrious. We were very comfortable having them in our home.
