Wonderful Experience!
When my 17 year old air conditioner broke, I called One Hour Heating and Air. They didn't want to discuss a repair, only a new system. Then I called Broadley's. They sent a repairman right. He was great with us, showing us what broke and what would need to be fixed. The next day I called Broadley's back and asked for them to send a sale's man out because if the repair was too high, we would consider replacing the entire unit. Jim came out and he was great. He was able to determine what would be best for my house and our needs. My parents who were also in the market for a new HVAC unit and who had previously met with Cory, had a few questions for Jim while he was with me. Jim had no problem taking the time to answer their questions as well as mine. We both decided to go with a new HVAC unit for our homes. It was a Thursday afternoon and Jim was able to set up my install for Monday morning. I was impressed by this. On Monday, Jim arrived at my home at 8 am and introduced me to Izzy, the service man taking care of the install. Shortly after, Craig arrived. Izzy and Craig were great to work with. They were very friendly and nice. They worked on replacing the unit for two days and even came back 2 days later to make final touches. My husband and I are very pleased with our new Bryant system and Brandford White hot water heater! It is so quiet when it runs and the house is nice and cool. The Yense M and Mike M team was professional, on time and constantly consulted with me when installing a new A/C system. Yense did not hesitate making recommendations when asked.
Although temperatures were far above normal the team completed their task on time and were careful not to damage or soil the carpet and stairs. We’ve now used Broadley’s for two separate home repairs and Geoff S was the field specialist who took care of us both times. Cory came out and did a great job of explaining all issues involved. As a result, we also had our heater replaced. Cory has been professional, timely and beyond responsive. We have a little issue with the blower being loud and I sent him an email over the weekend while I was thinking of it. I was hoping for a response this morning. Instead I received one a few hours later and he was out again this morning (your team is addressing the issue this week). He is a great representative of your company. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of the gentlemen who replaced our systems (I was not present while they were working). However, the areas they worked in were as clean as they encountered it. I appreciate their efforts in this regard in addition to their technical expertise. We will need another system replaced in the next few years. Rest assured, you will be our first call. we used Broadleys and we were very pleased from the initial call to request a quote. proposal was excellent and we selected the equipment we needed. we were given options to consider and not any high pressure to close a deal. we signed contract, received a date when work would begin and they arrived on that date. the two service men were very professional, polite and hard working. arrived early and worked thru the day; cleaned up; and arrived the next day and worked until the job was completed. very efficient and we were very happy we chose Broadleys. When my heater gave out recently during some very cold weather it could have been a terrible time for us. But due to the efforts of Keith who set everything up and the the installer Jerry and his helper they got us up and running in a minimum amount of time.Keith was meticulous in laying out everything. All my questions were clearly answered. Jerry and his partner completed the installation is one day. Their work was excellent and at day's end they left everything spotlessly neat and clean. I would like to commend your company for handling a recent Heat and Freeze situation, which could have been a catastrophe, in a home in Ocean City, NJ. First, I made an initial call, on a Saturday morning, that the heat had gone out and within an hour, your techs, Geoff Straup and Greg showed up, assessed the situation, and had it ready to fire up. There were numerous pipe breaks that they visibly found and were able to zone out the areas, when the water came back on, eliminating any damage that could have occurred. They had all issues repaired and the home back up and running in less than a week. Upon comparing costs of the repairs, the pricing was comparable to other companies, but attention to detail was over and above. My heater needed to be replaced after the worse weather and snow storm. I also had my air conditioner replaced at the same time. The guys who came to my house were amazing!!!
