We needed a new heater for our condo in Ocean City, and had been looking to replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Jim came out, very pleasant, explained the system and what would be involved with the installation. Don L and Jose showed up early morning and on time on the days scheduled, nice guys, very professional with their work, put down tarps to keep things as clean as possible, finished well within the time they said they expected to be, explained the system. Yesterday my heating unit was serviced by Izzy and Mark. Both men were cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a thorough cleaning/maintenance of my heating system and made suggestions for avoiding potential issues. The Hotel was cold, with out heat and temperatures falling. We had a real big problem. Our pipes underground had corroded and needed repairing. Broadley's has been the guy's to call on as long as I have worked here. 24 years. Elliott and the crew made the repairs and got the heating system up and running in about 4 hours. We recently had central air/heat installed in our home, by the remarkable team of Don, Jose. My husband and I can not say enough about how great they were. Respectful of our home, yet still got the job done. Cleaned up every day after themselves, not leaving any trash laying around. Punctual, when they said they would be here, they were here. Answered all our questions regarding the new unit operation, not leaving until they tested everything to be sure it all was running properly. Need I say more???!!! We had the pleasure of having Garrett and Tony install a new cooling coil, compressor and condenser. Removal and installation of the new equipment was completed under some very hot conditions in the Attic. Not to mention getting the cooling coil into the attic. Air conditioning never goes out in winter... After fifteen years, our first central house unit finally gave up the ghost. Initial call to final installation took less than 24 (hot, humid) hours. Don L. and Jose were on time (at 6 a.m., no small feat), and kept to the task until it was completed by late morning. They did a couple of extra things to "tweak up" the quality of the installation, correcting items that - while they had worked for fifteen years - were just not perfect. Last Friday my AC broke down. I called your office and they immediately sent out a technician who after diligently trying to get it started told me the best thing would be to replace the AC. Joe Petrini came the next day and went over what I would need. The AC & Heater were ordered and installed on Monday by Arnold, Chris & Jerry.
