Along with replacing our units, Beantown has been proactive in helping with the paperwork for an interest free loan from Mass Save, and they are also assisting with the paperwork for rebates. Erin is amazing. I talked with her several times during the installation process. She is knowledgeable and so pleasant whenever I had to call. The service was great and on time. My only tiny issue was the worker who went through the ceiling. Very old house very old attic boards The hole was repaired but the paint doesn't come close to matching the paint that was there Other than that I love the system it works great and accidents happen. They were very prompt in arrival and also provided prompt service when we needed additional help. My family just moved into a new home that did not have AC upstairs. We have never lived without central AC so we started making calls for quotes immediately. Beantown AC is great. They treat you like family from the minute you call the office until the completion of the project. I am from the South and have always lived in homes that were built with central AC. I was concerned about the install, where holes would be cut for vents and what space would be used for ductwork. G walked me through the installation to make sure I was comfortable with the installation. G and his team were extremely professional. I can honestly say that the central AC installed by Beantown AC is outstanding. The system is quiet, efficient and better than any AC we had previously owned. I can't thank Beantown AC enough! I had an issue during the hottest stretch of the summer. I was told that the earliest they could come to check out my AC would be the following week. I asked if I could be put on a cancellation list and truly never expected to hear from anyone. In less than 24 hours, they texted and called me to tell me they had a cancellation and they could be there in the afternoon. And when the service person was running late, they even called to alert me that they were indeed coming and would be there regardless of the hour of the day. Starting with the initial visit, I found a clean cut, well versed gentlemen behind my door awaiting to give me an estimate on a central A/C installation. Being on time was important to me and he was. Once completed , the estimate was sent me in a timely fashion and his certificates of insurance were e-mailed to me upon request. The estimate quote was written on different types of machinery and their working capacity with reference to my home. Rebates on these machines were given along side the estimates of each, as well. I hired this contractor and he and his crew were here, on time, with smiles on their faces. The installation was done in one day with no stress to me. They left my home as their found it, even to the point that they wiped my hardwood floors on their knees after their had vacuumed the little that needed to be cleaned up due to their technique of installation. I had to contact them the other day, due to a problem with my a/c at another location. I received a prompt return phone call and an appointment was set up to investigate. My indirect water heater failed; the manufacturer offered a "lifetime warranty". The claim process for the warranty was to say the least a difficult one.
