Amistee did a very good job of cleaning the air ducts in our home. The ducts were particularly dirty with construction debris from a major addition, but ****** and **** thoroughly cleaned up the whole system. Very thorough. Covered the floors so no dirt would be tracked in. Showed me pics before and after. HUGE difference in the dust in air. Our air purifier used to be caked in dust. Not anymore! From start to finish Amistee was very professional. The order desk call me back within several hours and quoted me a cost. The scheduled morning I received a call to let me know the Amistee Team (Brendon B and Seth M) were on the way. They arrived on time, explained what their were going to do. The team did a very good job covering and protecting the flooring and walls for the vacuum tubing and air line’s required for the duct cleaning. Once completed they cleaned up everything and walked me through for the my approval . Both men were kind and very respectful. Tyler and his team from Amistee are consummate professionals. I had Aeroseal done in an existing home to seal what I suspected was leaking ducts. Since the space was mostly finished, Aeroseal was the ideal choice to seal the ducts from the inside. The process resulted in a 93% reduction in duct leakage! Amistee personnel, specifically Rob S, **** P and *** W, and a couple of unnamed associates did a complete duct cleaning, sanitizing, and aero-sealing on 12/13/2021. They arrived on time and completed the entire job within the six estimated hours. Great care was taken to explain all steps and processes, to cover all house items that might be dirtied by their work, and to thoroughly clean up all areas before leaving. They paid extra attention to the welfare of our two cats during their work. Totally professional, honest regarding what they could and could not do, and very efficient in their teamwork approach.
