Brandon and Jamonty were both punctual at the arrival window and extremely efficient and timely in completing our duct cleaning. They were both very friendly and professional. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took time to explain how the cleaning would occur, given our condo has an odd configuration and was not easy for them to access at first glance. They were able to complete the work, given our furnace setup is not ideal for their equipment. Our place already feels cleaner and they did a great job protecting my flooring/stairs/carpet—they ensure to cleanup and random debris. The first time I used Amistee I was so impressed by how thorough they were not only just cleaning my ducts but also sealing any area that air could escape. This is the second time I have used them due to a house fire. They cleaned the soot out of everywhere and resealed all the seams. I will only use this company from now on. I received a confirmation call the day before and a call the morning of that the techs were in route. Alex E and Sean arrived on time and ready to work. They went over the work that was to be performed and went to work. They took the time to cover up the floor where their equipment would be, wore masks and shoe covers. I have no complaints. We had our ducts cleaned and sealed by the Amistee team. At first we were hesitate of the results and we can honestly say we are completely happy with our decision to have them both done. Our house smells cleaner, the dust is way down, heating and cooling is more evenly and quicker, and our allergies are all around better. The Amistee team was very professional at all times right from the beginning. Steve, who came to give us a quote on the sealing, was thorough and answered all my questions before and after the appointment. Ryan and David N. installed Aeroseal to the Duct work in my house on July 5th. They showed up at the time scheduled and they prepped the house for the application. They covered the area that would be exposed to the Aeroseal. They were very polite and professional and kept us informed with their progress. They cleaned everything up and when they left you couldn't even tell they were there. Barry at Amistee was very professional. He educated us on the whole process of cleaning our ducts. He gave us valuable advice on damper opening and closing and airflow. He gave us advice on air and humidifier filters. He found some mold which he was able to get rid of and showed us pictures along the way as evidence of what he was seeing. Before I hired Amistee I was wondering if they were really worth the higher price. Now I can say that YES they are. The air flowing through our home affects our health and our heating and cooling bills and I have 100% confidence in what they did and the advice they provided. I highly recommend Amistee.
