Eduardo and his team, (Eduardo, Jose, Angel, Luis and Daniel) worked very hard for over 10 hours on our move. They kept a great attitude throughout even though they had to be exhausted, and were genuinely concerned about getting the furniture and boxes to the right rooms. Not a single thing was damaged, and not a mark was left on the carpet or walls. The estimate was slightly lower than the actual bill due to specialized packing materials needed, but the moving consultant was knowledgeable and very professional. I was very pleased with the service that were provided by Eduardo, Luis and Omar as they did the heavy lifting of our furniture and other things for our recent move. They arrived on time and worked steadily through the morning loading our things on their large truck. They took great care of our mirrors and other things with glass. They were professional in their work and remained diligent as they loaded our things on to the truck on a very hot day.
Once the truck was loaded they met us at our new home on time and unloaded our things. They carried them to the spots in the new house where we thought they should go and even moved the furniture to a different spots when we changed our minds.

Movers from American Moving and Storage did an excellent job in moving my furniture and household goods into temporary storage, until my new house is ready for move in. Every furniture item was carefully wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap before being loaded into a storage bin. All of my hanging pictures and photos were carefully wrapped and placed in boxes. Irvin, Jesus, and Luis were all great and moved my belongings. They took direction and my advice about the move (they knew I had been a mover in the past also), which pieces to protect, and how, etc. They were fun and professional at the same time (as I am also, so that helps). They were actually the best movers I have ever had in protecting my furniture in the right way (shrink wrapping, furniture pads, taping, cardboard). We had the most fun you could have while moving. This is the second time I've used American Moving and Storage. I recommend them highly. The crew is very efficient, accommodating, professional, friendly and most of all treat all furniture as if it is their own. The last time I used a packing service it was a nightmare experience. I was very hesitant to use another service with my local move however American Moving and Storage came HIGHLY recommended by our very capable home inspector. The move occurred over two days. Day one, Tom and Brian packed up my house within 6 hours. They were professional, personable, and efficient. The following morning, Jesus Rios' team moved everything into the truck and unloaded into our new home less than one mile away. These guys worked SO HARD! Seriously, they busted their butts for over 8 hours!!!! My only regret was not having more cash on hand to give them a bigger tip. American Moving Very good experience. Crew of 4 guys, Luis was chief, also Dustin, Jesus, and Lucas. On time, friendly, I liked that they all got along well with each other. Worked HARD for 9.5 hours, were efficient but careful. No discernible damage. Luis was easy to communicate with, I liked his good judgement and experience.
