Nick and Ralph came on time and completed their work in a timely manner. They did the work efficiently and quietly. I had a great experience with Ralph, Steve, and Nick this week, who came over to our house to install a car charger and several new outlets. All three were very professional and easy to communicate with. They all seemed to know the details of the job and the status of things throughout the day. They brought me in to participate in all discussions regarding where to place the outlets and drill holes. It is rare that I write reviews. In the case of All City Electric, I will make an exception. This team is very responsive, professional, friendly, and experienced. I had recently renovated my detached garage and needed to run electricity to it and install outlets, lighting fixtures, switches, and overhead outlet (for a garage door opener). I shopped around and got several quotes. All City Electrical came in as the most affordable, experienced, and trustworthy. Communication and scheduling was a breeze. Recently my AC system kept blowing the fuse and we suspected there was an wiring issue. Mr. Edgar Ferman from All City Electrical came to check the whole system. He undertook a thorough examination and excluded this possibility. As later confirmed by PSE&G technician, it's indeed not the high voltage wiring issue. For starters the electricians Ralph and Nick were awesome! They completed work on my home today 8/23/22. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, and overall great at their jobs. They made sure to explain all that they did, what needed to be done, and even estimate how long it would take to complete. I am overly satisfied and if I can will look for those guys to assist on any other services my home my need in the future. The company is great and even patient with the payment process. Ralph, Cory, and Nick were on time when they came to my house and Ralph immediately performed a walkthrough to go over the work order to make sure it was what was supposed to happen and he then detailed what him and his team were going to do. He then got started and made a point to confirm small details for approval as they progressed through the work. I had questions that Ralph addressed and provided his opinion on and I even request other things outside of the work order to be completed tgat Cory and Nick expediantly handled for a reasonable price. I had a transfer switch for a portable generator installed. It was easy getting a price quote from them. The price quote wasn’t the cheapest, but it was reasonable and competitive. I liked the professionalism of the person who visited my house. Robert and Edgar did the installation. They called ahead of time and were punctual. I called to inquire about service. Michael V. called back, was informative and up front regarding any fees. He was able to squeeze me in for that day. Robert and Edgar arrived, both were very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and nice. They were prompt and gave me a call in advance before arrival. They assessed the lighting problem in our home. They were able to consolidate my switches on the panel which costed me less compared to other electrical companies whom are lazy and just want to add a more expensive sub-panel.
