Got radon reducing system by them. Overall, good service. We did have one mishap after the system was installed but after being explained in "lay" terms of what the options were, we came to an agreement of how to improve the system. I think that explaining the situation before and after installation of the system if there is a concern is always better for both parties. I would recommend their service. Thanks. Had a Radon Remediation System installed today by Bart of Air & Water Quality and he did a fantastic job! He explained the entire process to me before he started and answered all my questions. Once complete, he once again went over the operation of the system and what to expect. Add to that, the work area was spotless! Like he was never there! Great job Bart! I wanted to applaud and commend Bart, who visited my home to winterize the equipment and explained the way in which the water treatment system works. Some of my equipment needs to be replaced and I now know the reasons why. All of my interactions with Air & Quality have been fabulous. Today B*** installed a ******* heat recovery ventilation system for the reduction of radon into my 1803 house with very low ceilings (he is tall!). Bart arrived on time, explained everything that was going to happen, was cheerful all day and made sure that my cat and dog didn't escape while he was in and out of the door. The system installation required using existing old basement windows and Bart had all the tools with him to make the system work. Air and Water quality's representative was on time and communicated with me prior to his visit. He had to extend the radon pipe through the roof and I sincerely hope he was well trained for that - because I didn't ask about it.
