Congratulations on your hiring and excellent employees. I have been a customer for a few years and I have never been disappointed by one of your employees. Just recently I have had 3 Air Assurance employees in my. Home. The first, Marquis, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had everything up and running within 24 hours of first contact. Plus he is very pleasant to work with. The next Tech was John. I was not at home when our kitchen flooded. John was out promptly. He diagnosed the problem; stopped the flooding and helped my frantic wife get the water off the floor. A great employee. The third was Jason. He evaluated our water heater needs; answered our questions clearly and submitted a detailed quote with options for our consideration. Keep all three. Give them a bonus! Marquis F. 02/07/18 |

Air Assurance is a Christian Family Owned HVAC and plumbing business in Tulsa, OK that cannot be topped for excellent service, right on price, and overall enjoyable experience. Sure, parting with hard earned cash is never a situation that anyone wants to find themselves in; but doing business with Air Assurance is NOT going to be a hassle or negative experience. Kevin C. came to replace my air filters and clean my heating units. He was well prepared with the filters and found a few problems while cleaning the units, gave me quotes for parts to fix the problems, and fixed them. I have found that Air Assurance is a high quality company. Their work is superior in quality. Recently, I had an issue with a furnace. They were at my home within hours of my call. From our meeting with Mike Guillen to getting the job done, it was quick, smooth and we love it. They changed our heat/air to the attic and put in a heat pump and from day one the installers worked quietly and effeciently never leaving a mess. They were top-notch workers. We have been ESP customers for several years. We have always had courteous service from not only the service people but the customer service employees as well. But this guy.......well.....he is the best ever! Mitchell is a credit to your company. Not only is he courteous and capable, he is thorough and explains to us how he found our system. I am very pleased that we switched our annual service to Air Assurance for both heating/AC and plumbing. They have kept our equipment in great shape and identified several issues that will help us avoid future problems. I love Air Assurance. Not only did Steve rescue me from the heat of the summer by fixing my air conditioner super fast - he also took the time to explain everything that was happening and recommended more service that were valuable to me as a new home owner. I signed up for the Extended Service Plan and I had my first visit by Jerry just a few weeks ago, to make sure my furnace was in top shape. Jerry was awesome. Not only was he polite and on time (He even called to see if he could come out earlier, which was great for me!) he did his work quickly and then gave me the full report and explained every detail. Again just like Steve, he recommended things I could do to be proactive but in no way did he push anything on me! Such a gem. Steve was helpful at his heater service from contract.
A week later the heater wasn’t working. The door wasn’t completely seated: and Christmas Eve. Our call got lost nobody showed at the time I was given because the call was lost. When I called after waiting another hour it was remedied by the end of the day. 01/09/18 |

The drain pipe for our upstairs heating unit froze in all the super cold temps over the New Year's Holiday. It overflowed into our ceiling and came through into our kitchen. We called Air Assurance to come out and even with all the calls they were getting because of the temps, they were able to get a technician out within a few hours. Cory was very professional and not only did what he could that day, but scheduled a time to come back after our contractor cut out the attic floor so he could finish the job. Air Assurance and Cory took good care of us and I'm glad we're members of their Extended Service Plan program. I would definitely recommend them (and have to our neighbor who had a similar problem)! We are very pleased with every experience we have had with Air Assurance. Recently we had Bill out to go over the heating system for the winter to make sure everything was in order. He explained everything that he did, gave me an update on the filter and when it should be replaced, and offered to help me with programming my thermostat. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Air Assurance has been very professional, very knowledgeable, and will always take the time to answer questions and help in any way they can. After dealing with other heat and air companies over the years they are in a whole other category of service.
