Rico with Air Assurance was most helpful. Swapped out my AC coil & performed heater routine maintenance.
Delivered great service and had it all wrapped up in a fairly timely fashion.
Also, will set up another appointment to get an estimate on some plumbing work.

After interviewing several local contractors, I chose Air Assurance to install my Lenox HVAC system in March, 2014, as Steve Taylor, the sales rep, knew more about HVAC specs than any of the other salespeople with whom I spoke. The installation team did a nice job, and one of my former students was on the crew as a journeyman electrician. I've kept the ESP in effect ever since the purchase because I want there to be no questions in the event of a warranty claim. Jerry Cunningham was the service tech assigned to my first ESP call, and I've requested him to provide my semi-annual service every time since. Jerry, besides doing a good job servicing my HVAC system, is prompt, communicates well by phone and in person, and takes his time to do the job right. I just renewed my ESP for four years at a rate of $540.00, saving me $64.00 over the next four years when considering the current $156.00 one-time ESP fee. As Jerry was writing up my four-year ESP order, I called Air Assurance to verify the price I'd told him I received in a flyer. Jerry didn't know what to think when I told the young lady, Michelle, that Jerry was brandishing a butcher knife and had me penned up in the kitchen. I told her that Jerry said he wasn't going to leave unless I made breakfast for him. Michelle took a minute to digest the story and coolly replied, "You'd better feed him. He can be dangerous when he's hungry." Now, not only do these folks deliver a good product and service, but they are people of integrity and humor. In this day of people looking down at their cell phones, ears plugged into ear buds, willing to say anything and do nothing to earn your business, and seemingly disconnected to the world around them, finding a company that employs mature adults with positive interpersonal skills is refreshing. I chose Air Assurance to replace Air and Heating Units over the last few years.
The service and products have been exceptional.
Lastly, the technicians are cordial, well trained, and prompt. I want to thank Mark Swanson, the technician that repaired a small problem with one of the thermostats that were initially installed with a new outside unit.
Mark recognized the problem right away and it was fixed at no cost with a smile.
Highly recommend Air Assurance.

I've just finished having an outdoor air conditioning unit installed by Air Assurance. Over the last couple of years I've replaced two outside units and two indoor units with Air Assurance. I keep coming back to them. Most of the other companies would want to just give a price and say when they could provide the work. Mike Guillen explained what, why, how a job needed to be done. Once I finished the first installation, they did everything that was discussed and I was very pleased. I was so pleased that when my son said he had called another vendor for his house, I told him he needed to visit with Mike at Air Assurance. When he did, my son felt the same way . Air Assurance came last week and did our yearly check up for our heating system. The tech that came out, Steve, arrived at 8:00 on the dot as promised by the company. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail that was done to the system, very professional and cleaned up after finishing the job. Air Assurance was Johnny-on-the-spot over the July 4th holiday to troubleshoot and repair our 18 year old AC system. We expressed to the knowledgeable and very courteous technician that we were interested in learning what the latest efficiencies and technical advances were on new A/C systems to replace the one we had. He had one of the Air Assurance comfort consultants call on us and the rest is history! Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of people and their willingness to work with us on a complete new system. Highly recommend them and will use them again for future service calls. I really have to say I was impressed with the process and coordination throughout the install of my AC/Heating unit. TJ made the process easy and got us the financing we needed for what was an unexpected expense for our home.
