Jerry came out and did his semi annual check up for winter. As always he is professional, pleasant and efficient. Jerry always shows up when he is expected, makes sure everything is working the way it should and informative of anything that may be needed. He told us about a part that is getting weak but that it could wait to be replaced as we did not have the money at this time. He did explain that if it fails before he comes out again there will be a service fee as well. As always we appreciate his honesty about what is going on. Jerry C. 12/13/17 |

Steve performed my winter furnace maintenance but also put a blanket on my hot water heater, which was very difficult due to the small space it was in. Technician said we needed a new heating system. I had a second opinion come out, they said the system was fine. There was no CO2 leaking into the house . Very disappointed with the air assurance 12/11/17 |

I have used Air Assurance for several years and have grown to trust and appreciate the technician, Kevin, to maintain my heat and a/c equipment in optimal working order. Always prompt, courteous and professional, he clearly explains the existing problems, if any, as well any recommendations concerning preventing future problems.
My water heater also failed a couple of years ago and Air Assurance, on short notice, replaced it expertly and at a very reasonable price. I regret I cannot remember the technician's name since he also provided outstanding service. Kevin C. 12/11/17 |

We had to unexpectedly had to change our hot water heater and David Lewis came out and replaced it Monday and we were having a very stressful day anyways with one of our dogs and David was AWESOME!!!! got it changed out and took care of everything.
