The technician was Robert Nadile, he did a nice job but I must say that I would never use this company again to install a dishwasher as over a thousand dollars for an installation which took no more than 90 minutes is ridiculous. The service tech was very nice and tried to help. He did have a lot of trouble putting the furnace front back together, not his fault....not built to easily do that.
However, my appointment was for early afternoon. I called at 1:30 and they said the tech was in Middletown, I called again just before 4 to complain and they said he was still in Middletown. He got there closer to five. Spent my entire afternoon waiting and not getting other things done that I had to do. I realize you cannot timeout every job but perhaps you overbook. Not fair to the service tech or me. I tried to call again shortly after 4 but the telephone exchange for Aiello was closed at that point so I was in limbo.
Nothing was accomplished with my problem todate and I do not know where I will go from here.

I had Zack Elfein do a check up on my HVAC unit at my rental property. He was very professional and very easy to do business with. Aiello is lucky to have him on their staff, his knowledge of the equipment and systems was superior. I had a wonderful experience with AIELLO Home Services. I was thrilled to have everyone answer my questions and talk me through the repair. I was treated with respect and honesty. There were no mysteries or unanswered questions and I was told ahead of time what the cost would be! (In my situation, after the diagnostics were complete, it was much less than anticipated!) Our hot water heater went out and Mike cam by that day to assess the issue and early the next morning had his team out to install the new hot water heater. Two amazing guys: swift and efficient! Between the troubleshooting and fixing the problem, they wasted no time. It wasn't a routine problem needing a simple solution. We thought we'd have to break out walls to get to the source of the problem. But voila, not one bit of guesswork for a mysterious problem that caused a localized outage. Lucky for us we got a very fast response. We thought the tracing from basement to three floors would be a nightmare. We always avoided calling large companies, but this experience was a shot in the arm. Working with electricity requires caution and brains; and the bonus was we got an explanation for everything. Of course, during the hottest week of the year, our AC unit wasn't working...Zack Elflein came out and fixed it, even putting up with a thunderstorm in the process! I had issues with my AC right in the middle of heat wave. Called Aiello, they offered the the earliest appointment. Bill L was the service technician - he arrived within the time window promised. He had quick conversation to understand the issue, looked at our HVAC system and quickly replaced the part needed. He also did other checks to make sure that our HVAC system was doing fine. All throughout he encouraged me to watch and ask questions. He gave us lots of good advice going forward on maintenance and upkeep. He also shared with us Service Partner program and its benefit. Rick Newman, Aiello's HVAC Technician was awesome when performing my annual comfort system checkup recently. He was pleasant, highly skilled and very thorough during the visit. He pointed out that two components were not performing within parameters and replaced them in a timely manner. With a heatwave coming within a few days, it gave me peace of mind that I would not have to endure the inconvenience of sweltering due to a system failure. Rick is a fine example of a great ambassador for his company. Also props go out to Tamika for reaching out to me and advising me of an opportunity to move up the visit earlier than scheduled due to a time slot vacancy. I have been a customer of Aiello's for over two decades, and just can't say enough good things about the company as the experiences over time have been top notch.
