Aiello Home Service was appointed by Energize CT to do home energy Audit. During the audit they taped our custom wooden floor vent outlets, ripping from the floor the top protection resulting in damaging the floor vents. They replaced some LED lights as part of the audit and broke an expensive ceiling light fixture. Furthermore, they did not even complete the audit. After many reminders, one Aiello Home Service manager showed up with his crew. They acknowledged and confirmed the damages caused by Aiello crew during the audit. Aiello Manager promised he would send another crew to fix the damages and follow up to complete the energy audit. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response to address my damages. I am VERY disappointed with their unprofessional staff and service and with no response to address the damages done by Aiello Home Service crew for more than 1 year now. Shawn F. 08/30/21 |

From the very beginning he took complete ownership of the project, assessing the size I needed, recommending a propane dealer and tank installer, and dealing with the various permits and inspections. On the day the electricians revamped my fuse boxes and exterior meter configuration, he was on site to make sure everything went smoothly. I never felt any pressure to sign a contract and he provided several options for consideration. He earned a five star rating from the Thompson family in Glastonbury, CT! We have used them 2 times now and they are excellent! This last time was a clogged bathroom sink upstairs, called them, they came next day, my concern was over proper Covid 19 protection, they absolutely did an outstanding procedure of shoe covers, masks and gloves. They knew exactly what to do, explained everything, gave us a price and unclogged 36 years of sink build up. They are very clean and professional, they checked for any possible build up in tub and toilet before leaving. We were very impressed at their operation from first call to dispatch updates, to our techincion that came in -- very knowledgeable. We recommend them highly, u "get what u pay" for with them and it is worth it, they give an up front quote ( do NOT charge by the hour) and are fair about discounts, they do the job! Recently experienced a sudden and total failure of our well water system. Plumber Technician Nick V. arrived promptly. He utilized his Covid virus personal protection equipment including footwear covers. He thoroughly explained corrective actions. He was professional, courteous and began working directly. He was assisted by an excavator operator who's name I regretfully did not get. The crew worked nonstop. They had a new system up and running by mid afternoon. We could not have been more satisfied. Nick L. was the technician who came to see why our mini-splits A/C were not functioning. We were unsure if he would be able to help since those units are by YMGI and no one in the area was familiar enough with that brand and declined to help. He started to inspect them methodically and after I mentioned to him that no one else would take the job, he said something that made a lot of sense, which is that the basics for all the different brands are the same. (I guess you just have to be willing to apply yourself and figure it out). He was very patient and determined to fix the problem and he did. The malfunction was due to some prior incorrect wiring. He fixed the wiring, replaced the two failed pumps and there you have it! The A/C is working beautifully since he fixed it about five weeks ago, just before the first heat wave hit. I bought two complete HVAC to replace the units in my duplex that were working fine but rusted and worn. From date of installation I complained that new units were undersized for AC. Was told it would be fine and that Aiello never leaves a customer unsatisfied. Rocco from Aiello came to our home to check for a blockage in our sewer pipe. He explained in detail what he was doing and what would be needed if there was a blockage. He was very personable and helpful. While here he realized our pipe carrying waste water from our kitchen and bathroom needed to be replaced. He was great!
