I would give zero stars if I could. The office in Nashville, Tennessee has treated us like garbage. They should just shut down. They cancel appointments an hour into the appointment window. Multiple times they canceled. Then they send one plumber to replace a pipe and after he is there they say I have to have a different plumber come out to snake the drain. I say okay, they say the other plumber will come out the next day. They call during the appointment time to cancel. Finally days later someone actually shows up for a mainline cleanup. I had been promised the $99 special. The plumber that showed up, said that I needed to call the plumbing company back out that replaced the part and have them snake my bathtub. I told him that he is with the company that did that. He looked at me like I was stupid. Apparently, no one in this company talk to each other. He says it will $289 for that drain and the kitchen. That is $289 x two!!!!! I told him that he was there for the mainline cleanout. That I was not going to pay for him to do the pipes inside. He never even looked at them. He said well let me go to my truck and fill out some paper work. He comes back, knocks on the door and tells me he needs to collect the $99. I asked him for what? He still had not even looked at the mainline, much less snake it. I refuse to pay him for that. He said that well you have to pay for the service call. I told him it was a service call from last week that one plumber didn't complete because he didn't do drains. I already have paid $400 and I refused to pay for another service call when it was the companies fault they had to come back. So he leaves. I call the office and ask who I need to speak with to make a complaint. The guy on the phone tells me to tell him what's wrong and he could help me. I tell him everything and he says that he will have to transfer me to someone that could help. Why did he make me go through the entire reason I was calling knowing that he couldn't help? Then it happened again and that person had to transfer me to someone else. Eventually, I reach the compliance something and by now I am just done. I tell her that this has been going on for a week and at this point I am just going to file a complaint with the BBB. She asks me to please allow her to fix the problem before I make a complaint with the BBB. She asks what happened and I go through the entire thing, again. She asks if she can call me back after she speaks to someone. She called me back in 15 minutes. She apologized again and said that she wanted to make it right. She said she was sending a plumber back out to fix the drain and they weren't going to charge me. She said it would not be the same plumber. This lady was really nice and apologetic. I figured that she was going to have someone come out and be sure of it. This was at 10:15 this morning. At 5:15 I still hadn't heard anything. So I called to find out what there normal business hours were. They said they couldn't give me those. Why? Is it a secret? Then they asked me what was my name and ask what I needed? I told him that someone was supposed to come out and fix my drain and explained what was going on, again. He got extra rude and said that they were still out on appointments and he would have a dispatcher call me with an ETA. I waited until 8:30. Called back and the lady that answered the phone apologized and said she would have a dispatcher call me back. Of course, they never did. At 9:30 pm I called back and the person said that "my name was on the board" and that they were still coming out. This is just crazy because it is almost 10 pm. When do they plan on coming? They said the dispatcher was at lunch but they would have him call me as soon as he got back. Shocker, he NEVER did. I wasted a week being patient when they repeatedly rescheduled my appointments because they said they had emergencies, sent plumbers out that couldn't or wouldn't fix my problem. Now, I sit here, drain still not draining correctly and ARS not keeping their word. Thanks for wasting my time. I cleared my schedule to be here for you to not show up. Multiple times. This is truly the worst company out there. I wish I would have never contacted them. I hope no one wastes their time with this company. They have no communication between their departments. No one seems to have a clue about what is going on. They have zero follow-throughs. They don't show their customers any respect. I am disabled and this put me in a horrible bind. If ARS didn't want my business that would have been fine if they would have told me last week, I could have gotten another company. Instead, ARS wasted a week of my time. Now I have to find another company that actually does plumbing, it's obvious that the ARS in Nashville doesn't. Furnace installed in upstairs attic. Installers installed it wrong. They plumbed the drain pipe for the aux drain pan up hill and installed the P Trap upside down. (The other company I called stated that since the sensor was on top, the water would've never hit it to shut the system off when the problem occurred.) While we were away on vacation, the main drain pan clogged. It reverted to the aux drain pan. Because it was plumbed uphill, it backed up and flooded our house. I also paid for a cutoff switch in the aux drain pan, but it was not installed. If ARS would've installed it, it would've prevented the flood. The flood was so bad, our hardwood floors were water logged and our downstairs ceiling had water stains. I first called a different company to tell me what happened (afraid ARS would not tell me the right story.) They explained to me all the mistakes made. ARS offers a 100% customer satisfaction no questions asked refund guarantee. I called ARS. They refused to help me or repair anything. They refused to come out to the house to evaluate the damage. Maria, Nashville's service manager, stated that their records show they installed it correctly, they will not come out to the house to view the install, and their policy prohibits covering water damage claims. Cost me almost $7,000 to repair all the damage they caused. I would never trust ARS again with any install or HVAC needs.

Rarely write reviews, but have to highly recommend Jason W from ARS/Nashville. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning our tankless water heater, took his time explaining everything. Could tell he deeply cared about his clients and left the area spotless! Will be calling ARS again and asking for Jason!! Thanks Jason for a job well done!!

We used ARS via home depot. Had to replace outside unit by a different company because problem was not being taken care of. I have called for past three months to speak to Billing department. I keep getting informed an email is sent for me to be contacted which has not happened but yet my personal checking account keeps getting deducted. How does a customer service representative NOT have contact with billing. Managers have been "cc'd" in emails with NO RESPONSE also.

We dealt with Derrick Derlien and he really took good care of us. Came back several times to check on everything and even came back and checked on things when everyone had finished to be sure everything was done and working properly and everything was working properly. Matt and Josh also came out and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

EASY!! AFFORDABLE!! LOVE!!! Laura B. walked me (and my Husband and my Mother!!) through every step of the selection process. I literally know so. much. more. about AC and Heating than ever!! I feel like an expert now which greatly helped me to make a selection for a system that will be exactly right for our home. While we had some $$, who has a ton of extra money waiting to be spent lying around? We paid for 1/2 and financed the rest at an incredibly affordable monthly payment and payment plan. I'm confident about this purchase - which says a lot since I freak out at spending any amount greater than $100!! I know that this system will work, and bonus, if anything happens there is a phenomenal warranty plan. Additionally, Laura was patient, respectful, encouraging without overselling and allowed us to process all of the information so that we could make a decision we would not regret. The system was already installed - SUPERFAST!!! by several gentlemen installers who were equally respectful and considerate about the installation. This was a really positive experience!! I will be using them for the service each year, which was a big selling point in selecting this company and for any other future home needs!!! Thank you Laura B.!! As a landlord that lives out of state from my property, one of the best decisions I have made was to contract ARS/Rescue Rooter Nashville. My tenants were concerned about the HVAC system. So a call was made for a service technician to inspect. Fortunately for me they sent Garrett, C., an ultimate professional that I trust! I will refer to him as Dr. Garrett from this day forward as he diagnosed the patient, and told me her symptoms. The choices were to put on a band aid and hope for the best in a few months, or replacement. Dr. Garret gave me a few options to consider and I decided to let her rest in peace after doing research before Garrett came. Because of ARS finance resources I am able to replace the unit and have other items addressed. Things happen when you least expect them. Today turned out to be a great day for me and my wonderful tenants. Thank you Dr.Garrett and ARS NASHVILLE

Chad @ ARS Rescue Rooter Nashville is an excellent technician, I’m very impressed! he has worked on replacing few of AVs at my home. He is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and caring customer. He works so hard in recent super hot weather by climbing up to the attic (100 degrees +) and worked for 3 hours and was all sweating! I like ARS because they have top quality employees such as Chad! I called The Frog company this morning and they told me it would be at charge of $69.99 I asked if they could dispatch someone to my home after 5pm today the operator/csr said it would be $129.99, she said it much more after 5pm. UHHHHHH NOOOOO!!! I then called ARS immediately after this morning at 6:40 a.m. even at that time the CSR was very pleasant they took down my information I asked them what the service charge would cost they told me $79.99. I asked if they could dispatch someone to my home today after 5 p.m. they said yes, I received two calls letting me know the technician was on his way. at 4:30 William showed up, fixed the problem, and was gone by at 5:15 . He was very courteous, very helpful and very friendly. I love this company. When temperatures rise to above 90° you want FAST SERVICE without companies trying to break your bank. the service call plus repairs were very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend ARS/ RESCUE ROOTER!!!
