I received a new water heater today that was installed by Kap from ARS. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient answering the several questions that I had. We are very pleased with our 1 day installation of our new gas water heater. Yesterday, Zam arrived in the early evening to make the initial inspection and to provide an estimate. The next morning, he and Kap arrived with several tool bags to begin the removal of our old water heater and install the expansion tank, new turn off valve, and the new water heater.
Our only problem was the 22" floor pan needed to be 26" and we struggled to quickly locate a retailer for the new pan in aluminum. In addition, the new water heater was 2" taller causing the gas feed to be realigned.

Joseph was on-time and very professional. He put on shoe covers right away before entering my home. I talked about the HVAC system and issues that I was having. He listened and thoroughly inspected the various components taking notes and making recommendations. After complete inspection and testing he explained what needed to be done/replaced. John came to do our yearly maintenance A/C check and he was very friendly and outgoing. He made sure his feet were covered before he entered the house and was very professional. Spent time in the attic checking the overall heating/furnace system the called me to turn on the A/C and did the rest of his checks. Once done there, he came back downstairs to check airflow and filers. appeared to be very detail oriented and went outside to check the compressor unit. Check pressures of refrigerant and made other checks. Confirmed that system was working properly and made suggestions for things that could be added if desired (surge protector, air cleaner, etc). Leon from ARS came out to my house today to check my AC unit, as part of my service plan. When he arrived, we was very friendly and advised me of what he was going to do first. As he check both my unit inside and outside, we explained how long it would take and what he was going to do. Once he was completely done, he came to the door and asked me a few questions, then he asked if I had an questions. He answered my questions and was very honest with me. Dispatch scheduling was prompt and precise and efficiently effected by the Service Tech, Joseph M*****. Review, testing, and tune-up of the whole residential HVAC system was complete and was completed with an explanatory walk-through with the homeowners: very instructive. In terms of the ages of the various parts of the system, a very complete and clear set of forecasts was written up indicating indicating the next follow-up maintenance events to call for and up-coming symptoms to look for. John Mullins arrived promptly. He immediately covered his shoes prior to entering my residence. John was very efficient in my annual maintenance service. John explained/educated me with info regarding our humidifier that had never been shared with us in the 15 years we have been under an ARS contract. John was extremely thorough. Once he was finished, he ensured my basement door was locked and he turned off all the lights (most of the service techs had not done that in the pass). I had an annual maintenance contract HVAC check and a follow-up repair under warranty, John M was fantastic. He was on time, professional, competent, polite and friendly and was careful in my home. Mr. Joseph Malloy from ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel, Maryland, came to our home to inspect two A/Cs. He was very professional and explained to me how the A/C unit works, how our unit was working and explained to me about our bad capacitors and the consequence of what could happen if we let the unit run with bad capacitors. He was genuine and I had him put new capacitors. Based on my experience he is your valuable employee and we would like to have him next year to check our A/Cs.

Paul M. just left from doing the summer inspection on my system. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and even took off the top of the AC Compressor and got all of the leaves that had settled at the bottom. Tomas knows his stuff and is able to explain the details necessary for you to understand your HVAC system. He inspected and tested the heating and air conditioning system and recommended needed maintenance (with the expected costs) for each system. I found him to be very honest and I trusted his judgement completely. He recommended a new capacitor for the A/C unit because it was not performing 100% up to it's capability and could easily give out during the hottest weather.
