We did not like waiting all day for someone to show up BUT we we very pleased with how quickly and accurately Leon diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He through explained everything he was doing when he diagnosed the problem, and quickly came to a solution which invoked primarily cleaning up water and drying out the inducer fan and checking the pressure switch functionality. He did not try to push replacement of any parts and explained what could be done to minimize he chance of this happening again. Our new system started having problems exactly when the temps dropped to single digits. Since I preach customer service at my company, I specifically wanted to observe how ARS Laurel would handle this situation where something didn't go as planned. I was very impressed after speaking with Kaitlyn and Monique in customer service. Then I called my comfort advisor, Casio, to let him know what was happening. He was genuinely concerned and offered useful suggestions. The following day, I spoke with Tammy who said she'd look into solving our issue. Sure enough, that's exactly what she did by having Gerardo the HVAC Tech come to our home that same day. Up to this point, I was already impressed with ARS Laurel but it was Gerardo who simply stole the show. He called ahead when he was 15 minutes away (just the way Tammy told me to expect). I met him at the door while he was putting floor protectors on his shoes preparing to enter our home. Geraldo was obviously very experienced and knew exactly what to do. However, the part that impressed me the most about was that he actually took some time to educated me about my HVAC system in my own house. I would like to thank ARS HVAC Tech Paul M******* for his great job today. He is experienced technician, who knows his work very well, and also very friendly person. I was sitting without heat for two days with temp. outdoor 22F, and indore 52F. until I contact **********, and they connected me with ARS. Mr. M******* managed to come late afternoon, spending long time sitting in unexpected traffic, and fixed my Heater. This review is for the excellent work of Mr. Don Lee. multiple visits by other ARS technicians (5) for my air conditioning problems Mr Lee arrived and immediately made it clear that he was determined to inspect every aspect of the situation and bring my system back to a quality level of performance. His skills, knowledge, and sense of personal caring gave us confidence that we were in good hands. My AC stopped on one of the hottest days of the year. ARS (Laurel office) sent out Donald L., whom I have used previously, to diagnose and fix my problem. He got right to work, fixed it and then explained what the issue had been. He did all this in a pleasant and professional manner and put on his sanitary booties over his shoes to walk on my floors, which I greatly appreciate.
