A-I United Heating & air conditioning was very professional . They were easy to work with and met all my requests. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Getting warranty information from the dealer took longer than expected. Once they received payment in full prior to installation we found the sales rep was hard to get in contact with. Our initial installation went quickly and smoothly. No problems whatsoever. Several weeks later, however, we had a propane leak (not related to your service). We called the company that installed the tank to come and fix the leak, which they did. In the process, they forgot to turn our propane back on. Needless to say, our furnace shut off during the day. Not knowing what happened and coming home to a cold house, I called the guy that installed our furnace to see what the problem was. He dropped everything and came right away. Once he got here, he knew what the problem was immediately. I would recommend him to anyone! We also just received our first bill, which was half of what we paid monthly at our old house. When my 30 year old airconditioner went out on the hottest day of the summer, A-1 United quickly responded. The salesperson was knowledgeable and was able to educate me about options in a way I could underatnd. I decided to replace the airconditioner and the furnace. Although the installation took three days, A-1 made sure I was not without cooling. The workmen were prompt, friendly, and extremely neat. When MUD came to inspect the installation, the work was rated excellent. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, my company commented that they never heard the furnace turning on or off. To Management,
I am writing this letter to commend the employees that installed the new furnace and air conditioner at our home. On Thursday, August 22nd, the compressor on our air conditioner quit working. It was extremely hot, and I’m certain that A-1 had a high call volume for air conditioner service. We have an infant and a 2 year old who are more susceptible to heat-related illness, and are generally crabby when hot.
Damon arrived at our home early on August 23rd, reviewed our issues, and explained our options. We decided to remedy existing zone cooling issues and update the furnace when we replaced the air conditioner. On Monday, August 26th, Brett, Chris and Zach installed the new air conditioner and furnace.
The A-1 team ensured that the air conditioning was working before they left on Monday. Since we ordered a new system, the installation was a two day job and they returned on Tuesday to complete the installation. We are extremely pleased with the new system that Damon sold us and the professional manner in which the equipment was installed. A-1 United Team. 10/06/14 |

I had hail damage this summer and the insurance adjuster stated I needed the fins combed out. The technician said there was too much damage and that I would need a new unit. The dealer came to my house prompty and explained my options. I hada new unit installed within a week and I am so glad. My energy use was less the rest of the summer and my house cooled much better! I had originally scheduled three separate companies to bid on my new heating and air conditioning system, but I was so pleased with the how the sales person from A1 United presented their product and the price I was quoted, I cancelled the other two bids. I had 3 estimates in one day and A-1 was able to install the next day. They were on time and did a good job. The person who came out to give us an estimate listened to what we wanted and did not try to up sell us to something we did not need. They also had the best pricing around. This salesman was very helpful and even showed my son the sight to compare to get the best results out of any product.He gave us 3 proposels of the best line lennox offered for our home. The installation was a neet job. We had a call back when tine to start furnace of which they were hear the same day. Had a problem with the humidity going to the drain and they were here the same day and found a loose fitting from the factory and fixed it A-1 United Team. 10/06/14 |

The gentleman that came out to my house was helpful in helping me to decide what unit to pick. He was not pushy in anyway. He was quick with his responses. Greg was excellent throughout the process for purchasing our Air Conditioner. He provided all information necessary, answered any questions expertly, and did not pressure a decision or a sale.
