If I am going to visit you today, it’s because we have a project going on, and my main mission is to ensure that the project goes as smoothly as possible. Here’s a couple of things about me that you must know. I’m a project manager by day, DJ by night. I love music, family, and fun. Every weekend is a party at my house whether it’s for one of my grandchildren or one of my six kids. Somebody’s always having a birthday.

Growing up, I helped my dad remodel his home, so I’ve been around construction and plumbing for a while. I really like working outside, doing hands-on work in excavation, and getting do something different every day. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, living an active lifestyle -biking, skateboarding, hiking camping- and hanging out with friends and family.

I am almost done with 2 separate degrees from WOU in Criminal Justice and American Sign Language Interpretation. I have been a plumber since 1986 and have experience working in general contracting. I started working for 3 Mountains Plumbing in 2017. I love everything about plumbing except maybe the crawl spaces. I love my work because it’s challenging, requires me to figure it out on the go, and sometimes I get to put a personal spin on things. Outside of work, I spend my time with my daughter, fixing up my house which I bought this winter, and singing in a local choir.

I have been dispatching in the Portland Metro Area for close to 25 years, with a little over 1 year at 3 Mountains Plumbing. I have never enjoyed my work or my coworkers as much as I do here. The interaction with our customers and being able to help them is something I truly love! Let’s face it, no one ever calls a plumber for fun! When away from work, I’m busy with my family, going on daytrip adventures with family and friends. My other half loves to cook and throw my good intentions out the door! I stay in touch with friends that I made while in the Army and am always up to trying new things and collecting more useless knowledge than I know what to do with.

I joined 3 Mountains Plumbing in the summer of 2017 working in the shop. I have over 25 years of experience in the intermodal industry and general construction experience as well. I love the fast-paced atmosphere and daily challenges that the 3MP environment offers. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, my adult son who recently graduated from the University of Portland and my 14 year-old twins. I enjoy camping with family and watching my kids play a variety of sports. My passion is soccer and I play both indoor and outdoor competitive soccer.

K coordinates our larger install projects which includes scheduling with customers, pulling permits, and communicating with inspectors. She enjoys photography and hanging out with her dog when she’s not at work.

I have been with 3 Mountains Plumbing for over a year. I started in the warehouse and have recently moved to working in the field. In my new role, I help finish jobs by backfilling holes and pouring concrete, and I also do demo to prep for jobs. Before I came to 3 Mountains Plumbing, I oversaw the receiving department at The Gluten Free Baking Company for 4 years. I have an amazing wife of 2 years in July. Together we have a 6-year-old son and another boy on the way. My hobbies are hanging out with friends, camping when possible, and going on different family outings on the weekends.

I love working in the service plumbing industry – every day is different and provides a constant challenge. I’ve lived in Oregon my whole life. I like cars…especially fast ones! I spend most of my time hanging out with my big Great Dane, Sharma, who’s a complete goofball.

I’m proud to be a Journeyman Plumber and General Manager for 3MP. I started my plumbing career in 1989 as a laborer and never looked back. I feel protecting the health of the nation as a plumber is a very noble profession. In my spare time, I’ve been a plumbing instructor and a board member for the JATC plumbing program here in Oregon. I like to golf and build anything with wood or metal. Married for 31 years and have two very ambitious college student boys that make mom and dad very proud.
