Carpet guy-s were just great. Really hard worker who knew what he was doing. Content workers today are terrific, just as they were moving everything out of the basement. I couldn’t be happier with how this project has been handled, and the quality of every worker who has made this all happen.

24Restore was quick to respond to my panicked call when my dishwasher made it rain in my basement. They came to my house within 90 minutes and began the clean up and drying process that same night.
I had to call them 3 weeks later when I had another plumbing disaster that flooded the other half of my basement. Again, the crew was quick to respond and take action.
Brandon K and his team of professionals have made the restoration process as easy and as stress free as a basement disaster can be! He's been very responsive and the entire process has been much smoother than I had anticipated.
While my project isn't 100% complete just yet, the work done so far has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brandon and 24Restore. (See More)

Jason Batts the PM has been helpful in guiding us though the basement bathroom rebuild. He has done a good job explaining the work that will need to be done and also the order in which it will need to be completed. Jason is also quick to respond to any questions we have. My relationship with 24Restore started out very well. I found them to be professional and efficient…when the construction phase followed I became very frustrated with the lack of communication which I’m sure caused the project to go on much longer than necessary. Then I was assigned a new project manager, Brandon Koehler. From that time until complete I was confident in the process. Brandon took the time to go through the history of the project, explained related charges and I was very happy with the outcome. Brandon and Teddy came in and assessed the damage and quickly got to work cleaning up the mess and set up drying systems to dry out our floors and ceiling.
