Had a new natural gas furnace installed in our home today. Mike C. and his team did a great job. They disconnected and removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Throughout the process they were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves but not before checking that the new system worked flawlessly. Couldn't be happier, thank you!

On Thursday June 16, 2020, I had completely forgotten about being scheduled for my yearly heater tune-up, until I heard a knock on my door and seeing a man in a Wilson Oil and Propane uniform. It was Wilson's service technician John Murtagh who entered my home, introduced himself and immediately went to work, on my heater. Following some adjustments, changing of the filter and some advise, Mr. Murtagh was finished his assigned chores and departed for his next challenge. Mr. David O'Connell, John Murtagh was prompt, courteous, polite, professional, focused and very knowledgeable about the maintenance and daily performance on my heater. Ironically, on probably the hottest day in June, I decided to activate my central air conditioning unit. This was my first time turning it on this year and I was looking forward to a little cool relaxation. Well, there was no cool air to be enjoyed. I checked and rechecked the thermostat, still no air. I decided to call Wilson Oil and Propane before the temperature bec**e any hotter. The call taker, I believe was Cathy S*******, was very friendly, concerned and helpful. She kept me on the phone as we were attempting to find a solution. After several minutes of trouble shooting, Cathy decided to dispatch a service technician. At or around fifteen to twenty minutes later, Tarick S**, Wilson's technician arrived. I explained the problem to Tarick and he immediately went to work. Tarick checked the thermostat, the rocker panel, the outside unit, the main breaker and determined that the thermostat was no communicating with the unit. A new thermostat was added and we were back in business. I want to thank Mr. Tarick S** for arriving promptly, for his expertise, for his talent, for his understanding and for his courtesy while at my home. Additionally, thanks to Ms, Cathy S******* for her concern and assistance in solving my problem so quickly. Mike C and Ed did a total oil system conversion to propane and ac replacement as well as an installation of an additional 2 zone mini split system, they did a great job!! Incredibly professional. A big shout out to Wilson oil company. Tuesday very early morning (1:00am). My mother realized that her heat was off and called Wilson. Within an hour a service man was there and fixed the problem. This isn't the first time my mother has had heating problems in the middle of the night, each time a service man was sent right away. This has not gone unnoticed!! My mother and I both very much appreciate your unique dedication to great customer service. A lot of other companies could take a page out of your book. Also thank you to the service man who got out of his warm bed and helped my mother. She has been your customer for about 60 years and I assure you that as long as she lives on Taylor avenue in Essington, she will be your customer. Thank you again!!

Mr. David O'Connell, Business Manager read this: On Wednesday, June 19th, my 18 month old central air conditioner started to blow hot air. That day was very warm and I was a little annoyed, to say the least. I decided to email Wilson. Bright and early the next morning, I answered a knock at my front door. As I checked, I was met by a young man, holding his business card. He introduced himself as Mike Campbell. He apologizes for my having problems with my HVAC unit and he immediately went to work. John M did a great job during our annual cleaning. He knew what he was doing. He made sure to show respect regarding our home. Whether it was putting on shoe covering to making sure everything around the heater was clean and neat. The most important part was he made sure everything was up and running properly. We’ve been a customer with Wilson for a little under a year but have already been impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year so far and they were out at our house in 30 minutes. It ended up being an electrical issue but Wayne was able to do a fix to get our heat back on until an electrician arrived. He was awesome and so helpful!
