Waldrop has taken care of our HVAC since our house was built (2006). We get maintenance twice a year - spring and fall. This year, Kevin suggested the Phenominal Aire unit. It cleans the air of pollen, dust, VIRUS GERMS, bacteria, etc. It has no replaceable parts and requires no maintenance - just a little dusting periodically! During this period of being home-bound due to the coronavirus, I am so glad we had the Phenominal Aire installed!

they were able to get me on the schedule the same day. there service tech was very thorough and was able to get the old unit back up and running for the day it took to get them back out and replace the unit. the tech Ashley was very good and professional. don't let his looks fool you. lol

We have had a seasonal maintenance contract with Waldrop for many years. The check ups at the beginning of cooling season and again in the fall for heating season (with long check sheet and report card) has meant practically no need for extra calls. Scott H has been our technician several times and this current visit. He spends whatever time it takes for all the necessary cleaning, testing and servicing of the equipment outdoors and indoors. He is a good educator in explaining to me the equipment of this electronic age.. He seems to sincerely love his people oriented work.

Brandon did an excellent job installing our kitchen sink and two standard toilets in our home. He was friendly and professional and answered any questions we had. He also did our annual inspection and was thourough. We plan on doing some additional up grades in our bathroom and will use Brandon and Waldrop when we do this. We use Waldrop for our air conditioning needs and will recommend them to all our friends and associates for their air conditioning or plumbing needs.

In the past we have had good dealing with ashley and David as our technician, but we were sold a service plan which is spposed to include maintenance checks as you change from heat to air and vice versa. I cannot get an appointment for a month and a half! If you are going to sell expensive service plans than you should treat these customers well instead of making us an after thought!

Living in a home built in 1940 presents it's own set of problems but Daniel replaced our 28 year old hot water heater, updated water lines as well as taking care of shower issues and made it all look easy. He showed up as scheduled, got to work and had us up and running again in the time that was quoted. He is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and left us with a very positive experience. Knowing we have even more to update, will definitely depend on Waldrop for our plumbing needs.

From the estimate through installation, everyone at Waldrop exhibited the utmost professionalism, care, and courtesy. Their attention to detail was excellent. The project consultant promptly gave us a detailed quote and answered all of our questions. He communicated the details of the job to the installation team, and they were thoroughly prepared upon arrival. After installation, they thoroughly cleaned the work areas and you could not tell they had been there. Rarely have I seen such great service on all levels.

This is the first time we used Waldrop and we had a great experience start to finish. They installed a HVAC system for our bonus room area and from the estimate through installation they were very detail oriented. The project consultant took extensive notes and pictures about the project and what we wanted, and when the Waldrop crew came to install they had all of the pictures and notes in a binder. Nothing was left to chance. The crew worked efficiently and neatly, and cleaned up beautifully. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a contractor who had this high degree of professionalism and organization. I highly recommend their services, and will certainly be using them for all my service needs in the future.

Daniel W. was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to see what was wrong with our plumbing and hot water heater. He took a picture of rust on our water heater that was helpful to see. We will likely need to get a new water heater to replace our 23 year old heater and if we do, we definitely plan to go with Waldrop and requesting Daniel.
