First impressions are important.My first contact with this company was with Tonya in the office. She was very pleasant , knowledgeable and was a big help with setting up my appointments and warranties. Thanks Tonya.
“ The Team” did exceptional work. Kelly ,Jackson and Donato were real “pros”. They replaced my very tired 29 year old Trane with a new Trane system.The installation looks great and works great .They even left the yard around the unit looking better than it did before.
This was my first experience with Universal Heating & Cooling but not my last. Strong work guys !

My HVAC unit failed, Universal came out the next day to inspect and quote me a new unit (which was reasonably priced). They came out on the next business day with that new unit and installed it. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly.

Mike has installed two systems for me over the years. I always ask for Mike when I have a problem. He is knowledgeable and always addresses the problem before he leaves. He is courteous and dependable. Mike takes care of my semi-annual checkups. I give Mike 5 stars.

Mike T. and Universal installed our central HVAC about 25 years ago, Mike has returned each of those years to prepare for summer AC and winter heating. We have always been extremely pleased with Mike and Universal and look forward to using them for many years to come.

Kerry provided a quote for a new upstairs unit. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable. He had great suggestions for improving air circulation in my bonus room. I am very likely to move forward with Universal. Very impressed.
