Dustin came out today, earlier than expected, if you can believe that in 92 degree weather! He was thorough, listened to our issues, then provided a sound approach to addressing it. He was knowledgable, professional, and checked the system operations before offering his suggestions. This family owned business provided excellent service from the time Mark explained the problem with my A/C system and my options for remedying that problem. Mark took the time to answer each of my questions and scheduled the date for installation of a new furnace and A/C. Matt and Chris completed the installation on that date. They were professional & courteous & made certain to cover my entry rug and tile on a rainy day. Although it was nearing 5:00, they stayed to answer my questions and to be sure I could program the thermostat. I very much appreciate the excellent service provided by Turk Heating and Cooling.

We called Turk yesterday as the air conditioner wasn't working when turned on. Justin sent Eric out the next day and found that the breaker box and breaker in the garage were tripped. Followed up with AC tune up and we're on our way! p.s. I had another "company" come out yesterday and of course, said we needed a new unit, to the tune of $6000 !! WOW ! It's so refreshing to deal with honest people and I will never use anyone else for my heating & cooling needs.

I highly recommend Turk Heating and Cooling. I was having an issue with my thermostat, which another company I had called could not figure out. I called Turk and spoke with the owner Mark. After describing what kind of furnace and thermostat I had, he was able to diagnose what the problem was over the phone. He told me he would call and see if he could get the correct thermostat. Not long after I hung up with him, a Turk van pulled into my driveway with the thermostat I needed. Tech Casey Cosby installed the thermostat and had my furnace working again in about 30 minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have already recommended this company to a couple of people and I will continue to recommend this fast, efficient and affordable company to anyone I know who needs heating or cooling services, and I will definitely be calling them for any future issues with my furnace. This is our go-to business for heater and air conditioner repairs. They are trustworthy, and they don't try to upsell us on anything, and they don't give us outrageously inflated quotes for services, nor do they try to get us to buy things that we don't need. It's nice to have a company that you can call when your heater or AC unit is acting funky, and be reassured that whatever they tell you is the truth. We see these guys every six months or so for heater and air conditioner tune-ups so that we get the most out of our units. The people who come by to do the service are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Turk if you want a no-nonsense heater and air conditioner company.

Came out the same day I called and fixed my air with minimal charge. The technician, Mark, also helped me think of inexpensive solutions I may be able to implement to keep my problem from reoccurring since I have an unconventional set up with my HVAC unit. We had an intermittent issue with our blower during cooling season. The problem could not be reliably reproduced, which is the worst case scenario for mechanical troubleshooting. The technician from Turk did a great job of actively listening to the history of the symptom and we were able to theoretically narrow down the cause to 3 possible low cost options. Of the three companies that took a shot at the repair, Turk is far and away the best. Thank you for running a first rate shop, Mark. You've earned a repeat customer.

I used Turk to install a ductless A/C and heating unit in the upper floor of my home. They were a great company to work with from start to finish. They came out to give a quote and did a much more thorough job than other companies I had called. They were very honest and by far the most reasonably priced out of all the companies I called, which included other local companies. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be force sold a product that I did not need. Every employee I met with was very kind and courteous. The day of installation they completed everything in a timely manner and left no trace that they were even there. They walked me through how to use and maintain the Mitsubishi unit they installed. I plan to use them anytime I need any HVAC service done at my home and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
