From start to finish, best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Brian, Jeremiah and Austin provided outstanding service. Brian was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything well. He correctly assessed my leaky pipe situation and suggested the right solution. Jeremiah was a very skilled technician who communicated with us throughout the entire job to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. The plumber did a good job but their pricing system is ridiculous: for less than 1.5 hour job of replacing the waste pipe under my kitchen double sink, they charged $522. It doesn’t require open any drywall or electric wiring. Just replace the basket strainer, 2 part waste and p-trap. Material cost will be $50 at top. According to homewyse.com: Thousand Oaks average will be 299 to 361 for licensed contractors... this is the third time I work with this company and will be the last time. It was great experience in the past. Not sure whether they have changed owner or not...

I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing around 1pm and said that I had a small leak in the garage water line. The person I spoke with was able to fit me in that day even though it was booked up which I really appreciate. The Tech arrived around 4pm and found the leak and shortly had replaced that section of pipe. The Tech (named Brian S.) was professional and had a pleasant personality which made for a good experience out of a bad situation. I will make Thousand Oaks Plumbing my go to repair service.

Chris showed on time for our scheduled appointment. He assessed the scope of work and was going to send me and the owner a bid. Two bids were sent to each of us (with the same price); each bid contained a different scope of work. Neither bid included the entire scope of work or an available date to be completed. The office was contacted re this. They said the tech was to get in touch with me the same day. I contacted the office, again, the next day and they said they had talked with the owner. Neither one of us received a corrected bid. Due to this we decided to look elsewhere for service.

Paul is fantastic! He asked enough questions when he arrived to quickly realize that the expensive repair I was told I needed was not accurate. He investigated and found the problem and then thoroughly tested to make sure he had the correct fix. Paul is very knowledgeable about his craft and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. I will be using Thousand Oaks Plumbing from now on!
