The compressor was making a horrible griding noise. I called Tassio Temperature control. They came over within 2 hours. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He performed the maintenance and provided me with the cost of repairing the compressor's motor, but suggested that I look into replacing it since it was 20 years old. Avo, the sales associate came over, again within a couple of hours and gave me several choices. No pressure to buy whatsoever. Once I made my choise, they came over the next day to install the new compressor. The entire team was professional, pleasant and helpful. They even ordered a made to order air conditioning return cover that is now discontinued. I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

Phenomenal service is all I can say!! AVO was truly such a professional sales rep. He took his time to Thoroughly explain the quality of the equipment my husband and I purchased, the services we would be receiving during the process and most importantly answered all of our questions. I have to say that Avo's professionalism and knowledge is what sold us. Not to Mention, our new system works phenomenal and much better quality than our old system.

Due to needing a replacement on my old R22 coil, I requested a sales call to determine if I wanted to maintain my old system or replace the whole system. Avo arrived on time, answered all my questions, provided me with various options and allowed me time to consider those options. Avo brings honesty and experience to the job and for that reason cost becomes a secondary issue when he provides advice on how to best maintain our AC and heating units. He's a great reflection of the team at Tassio. Just finished our AC duct install, working with Mario, Sergio and Oscar. Imaging AC guys showing up on time each day, leaving a spotless worksite, and doing exactly what they said they would do in a thoughtful courteous manner.
