One of my air conditioning units stopped working last Sunday night and when we checked it, the fan was frozen. I was worried that no one would be able to get to us that evening to repair and get us cool again. I called Sierra and they sent out a service member within the hour! Jeremy was on time, polite, professional. and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the repair needed and was able to get it taken care of within a short amount of time. Jeremy also told me about the service agreement so we could ensure that our units are taken care of annually. I appreciated Jeremy's knowledge and service. I would 100% recommend Jeremy and Sierra.

So I have been having Sierra come service my system every year for 3 years now. I just wanted to let everyone know how great their service is and how awesome Eric Otero is. They arrived promptly and were extremely courteous and professional. Eric even had dog treats for my dog Pebbles so they became fast friends. They proceeded to tell me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They also put booties on before entering my residence. In addition to providing me excellent service on my unit, they offered me some other options to make my unit more efficient and to maintain My system for maximum life. I was extremely happy with their service and will use them again as well as purchase their home air filtration system and other system saving products they suggested. Well done Sierra!!

Our A/C went out last night, what a pain! Called Sierra, LLC this morning around 7am. Tani (sp) answered the phone right away with a great "phone" smile. She was able to get us scheduled quickly for same day service. Matt Dodson showed up and did his thing. He explained what he was doing and didn't waste time getting our issue solved, It was the capacitor. He replaced it, problem solved. We signed up for the maintenance plan, gotta try to get ahead of some of these things. In any event, great customer service all around and top notch problem resolution. Thanks to Matt and Sierra!

The technician was friendly and very helpful. We wanted our air conditioning unit checked, and he assured us that everything looked good. However, he made several suggestions for improving the unit that we will look at in the fall. We definitely hope he is the technician for that visit as well.

Can't say enough about Sierra Air Conditioning & Heating especially Drew W. (comfort Advisor) and the Technicians that work with him. It was time to replace my two units and Drew was courteous, polite and professional. He explained so much and gave me several choices to make at our meeting. The technicians that came out to my house to do the job were also very polite, professional and very knowledgeable, they also explained how the new systems worked and explained how to work the new thermostat. The job was done in one day, they cleaned up after themselves and the left my house spotless. I would highly recommend Sierra Air Conditioning.

Matthew D***** came out to service our air conditioners today. He was very courteous and friendly, even seemed to enjoy our cats watching him. He did an excellent job and explained everything, even gave us pricing on work that we might need to have done in the future. I will ask for Matt for all our service needs in the future. Sierra, LLC is great. They gave us a couple of 4 hour service "windows" to choose from and called us the day of service to let us know who would be coming and approximately how soon the technician would be here. And, Matt showed up exactly on time. Thanks for a job well done.

On 2/24/2020 Ulises Hernandez came to our house to clean the blower motor and wheel and clean evap coil (cleaning, deodorize and teflon coating). That was a big job, the majority of which was done up in the attic. Ulises arrived on time, did the job, and tested the heat and a/c to make sure they worked. Ulises is very friendly and professional. I am very happy with Ulises' service and Sierra Air. We have used Sierra Air over the past 9 years.
