I made an appointment for a service person to come out to clean my dryer vent. Chad ******* was the Service Pro that was sent out to complete the service. I was totally impressed with how he cleaned the vent as well as cleaned the area around the dryer. He also placed the vent piece that had fallen off the vent outside. Customer service- excellent; courteous, excellent, had answers to all questions that I had I will be requesting him again for cleaning the rest of the duct vents in my home. And Chad was on time.

After another company thru a home warranty provided a wrong diagnosis and remedy to our furnace problem, I called Russell's the same day as comp. 1 said it would be 3 days to return to my home (low temp was 24 that evening). Russell’s came to my house Friday for my annual maintenance. I have always been very happy with the service I receive from Russell’s Heating and Cooling. Harrison Boone came to my house to check my system and he was very professional. He was very conscientious about my house and wearing his booties and mask. He explained everything in detail and had a wonderful personality. My dog even liked him...and he doesn’t really like anybody! Keep up the good work Russell’s. The service tech for my maintenance inspection, Harrison, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable! I appreciated that he wore a mask and spoke clearly and loudly. When it came time to clean the indoor coils, he even asked if any family members had any health conditions it might affect before proceeding! He kept me informed of every step and why it was being done. All around, a very efficient and pleasant service call!
