Remember when customer service used to be King? It still is at Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air. We have used this company for 5 years and we never had a bad experience. Their customer service people and technicians are always excellent! They call and text you when the technician is on the way, let you know about potential delays, follow up to see how the service was immediately, make great recommendations, and more. They offer a fair priced service package, always seem to have all the parts needed to fix something, and call you when it is time to schedule your next service for your air conditioner or heater. When we first used them a few years ago the owner was still doing all the service calls himself, now they have several employees and have grown into a larger business - yet they NEVER lost their customer first attitude. Their pricing is fair, the technicians are top notch and have never tried to push a service we did not need, are always on time and are able to fix everything, and don’t charge you if something goes wrong that they consider their fault. We only had something minor go wrong once, sediment got stuck in a valve after our water heater was flushed and they came back the next day and fixed it all free of charge - no questions asked. I wish every company I hire was as good, honest, fairly priced and communicative as Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air...my life would be a lot easier when it comes to contractors. BTW, I am a real customer and I usually don’t write glowing reviews since most companies these days can care less about retaining anyone’s service, but not these guys. So if you are wondering who to hire, its a no brainer...hire these guys!

Called them initially for a AC unit servicing and they charged me roughly $1000 bill which seemed highly inflated to begin with and was confirmed by several other HVAC techs I spoke with after the fact. They used that as a segway to sell me a maintenance membership by providing a small discount off the bill. Signed up for their monthly maintenance plan (Charged me $15/month) and finally came time to schedule my FREE cleaning which turned out not to be free. They promised to call prior to the winter start-up to schedule for the cleaning, but I never heard from them so I had to call to get it scheduled. Instead of providing a cleaning per the membership they sold, they instead gave me a $900 estimate for a cleaning. When I called to complain and cancel, they said I was still on the hook for remaining twelve months of charges. The lady was rude and despite saying I would pay the remaining charges for the service contract, she said she would send my bill to collections. Clearly they are just out for a money grab. TOTAL SCAM- STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have been a customer of Rock Heating and Air since 2003. They are a wonderful company with outstanding customer service! The technicians are well trained and are very cordial, wear clean uniforms, and polite. I recently had a routine maintenace service call for inspecton of my A/C unit. Austin S was the technician that arrived for service call. He is an amazing technician! Very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, very respectful, patient and ansewered my questions. He made reccomendations to keep my unit running. I recommend this company for your heating and air needs. You will not be dissapionted!

The technicians from Rock Heating & Air Conditioning arrived promptly at 8 am today and spent the entire day removing an old furnace and air conditioning unit, replacing them with new units. As many as four people at a time worked on the project in order to complete it by 6:00 pm . Tech Tom was personable and along with tech Selvin completed the installation by the end of a very long day. Owner Chris and their electrician also did major portions of this very large job so that it could be completed in one day. Great job, everyone! Tom also advised of additional equipment that we would need to install in order to meet code requirements.

Commending Austin S for a job well done and Rock Heating & Air overall. We had a complete new furnace & A/C unit installed in October 2017. All of the technicians who completed the installation were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up the work area after the work was complete. We then received a call just recently when the weather started to warm up to schedule a time to test the A/C unit since it was too cold to do so when it was first installed. Austin S came out about a month ago to do this. Again, he was very courteous, provided the testing, explained things well. We have been very happy with our experience.

Rock Heating installed a new furnace and air conditioner this week as well as servicing a gas fireplace. I am very pleased with the quality of their work effort and the timeliness of meeting my needs. I highly recommend them to others for similar projects. Their administrative personnel were also quick to respond and were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with each time i contacted them.

Bradley tried to get me into a new A/C unit and I almost went for it but I was shocked at the price of them.... the more I thought about being retired and make sure it wouldn't start a fire or something lol I was going to use it. I was quite shocked to hear how much the new one's cost these days! Bradley hung in there with me in understanding why I'll hang on to the one I have!
