As always, my experience with Riley (*****) was excellent! ***** came out the same day that I called, and despite the fact that he had several installations that day, he made the time for my service call on very, short notice. After checking the thermostat, he explained the set-up and change-over from heating/cooling, and took the time to go over why my system was set up the way it was when new equipment was installed in December, 2021. His knowledge and expertise are very much appreciated. One of the best decisions I've made was to choose Riley Heating and Cooling. Riley Heating and Cooling to the rescue!!! My furnace stopped working on Sunday and I contacted Riley Heating. I left a message for someone to contact me Monday morning. Early Monday morning, Riley called and George was at my house within the hour. It didn't take George long to identify problem. We discussed my available options and I chose to replace my 24 year old furnace. Within a couple of hours, I had an email with multiple options of furnaces and add-ons. The next morning, Mike from Riley was at my house ready to install my new furnace. Mike and Corey had my heat restored in record time. They explained the operation of the new system and were patient answering my questions. I was very happy with the response times for service and installation of my new furnace. I have been for over 20 years. They have never disappointed. I trust Riley and would highly recommend them for heating and cooling services.

**** K was the serviceman to perform the annual service maintance on our furnance recently. **** has been at our home over the past several years and he has always acted very professional and courteous. He is extermely knowledgeable and takes his time when explaining any issues and answering questions. We have always felt confident and comfortable when he has been performing any service. I would highly recommend Riley to anyone needing HVAC services.

We were without heat for a very cold day/night and Riley was able to come out the first thing in the morning. Our unit is over 30 yrs old and John was able to quickly get it running. John explained what he repaired and the long term expectations for our system (unfortunately we will need a new system soon). John did what was necessary without over fixing the system which I appreciated.

***** K was just the most recent of the outstanding Service ***** who first emergency installed a new furnace and since have serviced our thermostat and furnace and air conditioning unit He was an outstanding service provider, again as have been every **** employee who has come to our home or have talked with us on the phone. I need to mention service manager ***************** as well. He was incredibly helpful in expediting our replacement furnace (this was summer and our central air would not work without a working furnace, it being 92 degrees in the middle of July) when the furnace broke down, he presented all options from repair to replacement and the ****** unit matched our heating needs exactly. we recognize how good of a place Riley is to work both based on then average longevity of employees and the fact that our favorite service man from our previous repair place, ******, has taken ************** and electrical genius to Riley. My wife and I recommend highly this company to anyone with HVAC needs

Riley Heating and Cooling in stalled my new furnace recently. I had some complications with the Berwyn permit department and they were very helpful. They sent over electrician Paul the next day. He resolved the complications for me and was curtesy and professional. I recommend Riley for quality service.
