Larry G. has visited us twice on a wiring "fault" issue with our new Generac. The first trip involved checking the system, but an expressed concern about the vagueness of a error code. Reset the unit and it has operated once during a one hour or so power outage since then (its first "call" for service). But a second fault with the same code occurred about a week ago while we were out of town (there had been no power outage), and when Larry returned our call he sounded excited that he now had the fix for this issue. It only took a few minutes to install it and we appear to be ready for any needed operation of the system. Larry was prompt, confident and left us with assurance that we should not experience the problem again with the addition of a now recommended component. Thank you Larry and Reliable.
