Purchased home in 2014 and it has an old Rainsoft system. Water in the past few months was tasting of iron and smelling of sulfur. Spoke with service person at RS of No Mi twice to trouble shoot. Ultimately scheduled a service call with possible installation of new system. Dan explained the issues with the existing system, discussed the necessary repairs, and then let me determine whether to repair or replace. No hard sell. Walked me through the new system, always responsive to my (somewhat repetitive) questions. I am happy with the service and with the RS system. Water tastes great again!

We had a service call last week. Krystal was able to quickly get Dan the technician to correct a problem. He also changed a filter in our reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. The Rain Soft Staff are always friendly and willing to address any issues. 5 Star People !

I wanted to share the excellent service I received today on our Ultrefiner drinking water system. We called to have our filters replaced and a check up on the Rain Soft Water Treatment Conditioner System too. The service technician's name is Dan Phalen and he went above and beyond the call of duty. Dan found a leak from our sink drain and fixed it!! He thought nothing of it, but stop and think he saved me from having to wait for a plumber. I am very grateful, as this reminds me of the good old days when service with a smile was the norm!!
