Excellent guys - I have had them over the year now - they call me to schedule maintenance - change filters - Hectar and his team are awesome!! Very professional.. will tell you exactly what they did.. More importantly - they come and attend to you in 2 hours - even if you call them odd hours/weekend. I strongly recommend them!!

It is spring time and the Perfect Air staff came to my house to service my AC unit One worker was on the outside checking out my condenser I have and and the other, Luke, was on the inside looking at my unit. My service was excellent. Luke is always pleasant and makes helpful suggestions It is so nice to have the unit ready for the warmer weather and I have a service contract that I find so reassuring that covers any problems I may have. I would once again give this company a five star rating and encourage anyone who does not have coverage for their unit at home to protect it by having this staff of professional workers assist with you with your home unit. Luke showed up about 15 minutes after the owner called. He was friendly and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Too bad he had to charge me the full amount for making the trip, but I was glad to let him have the bonus for being effective and efficient. May be a spaceship is more appropriate for him than a van!

Hector did a great job of explaining our options. We needed a new air conditioner, heater, humidifier and hot water heater. His guys came on time and worked for 13 hours. They were respectful, knowledgable, and hard workers. They put down protective mats on the floor and cleaned up when they were done. After a long day they had the patience to show my wife and I how to use the controls and setup the Apps on our phone. Would highly recommend.

I felt secure having a home warranty with Choice Warranty..... until I needed my air conditioner fixed! They couldn’t locate a contractor to come out until 5 days later. Recently under went surgery and was stuck at home so I could not afford to wait that long in this 90 degree heat! I called Perfect Air, not only did I get a call back within 10 minutes, my air was back up and running in just a couple of hours. The repairman was so pleasant and new where the problem was just by listening to my complaint. It was a great surprise to find out he was the owner!!! Great service, conversation and quality of work which is guaranteed for 5 years!! Needless to say my husband and I signed up for their maintenance plan. If they treated us this good with no plan.... I know we are now in the right hands!!!

I requested help with my AC unit which was not turning on. Hector called within an hour of my inquiry. He suggested I check a switch and it happened to be that. He even explained why a command on my thermostat was blinking. We're in the middle of a heat wave and I'm so glad I don't have to sleep another night without air thanks to Perfect air inc.

I've been using Perfect Air for about 3 years now. Discovered them while doing a search when I needed my entire AC system replaced. They had a very competitive price, and I like that they have a good community presence. After replacing the system, I decided to go on their monthly plan. For me, it turned out to be a very good decision. They come out a couple of times per year to get my system ready for the season change, and more important, come out whenever I need something straight-away. My system is about 15 years old, so this summer alone they came out 3x so far to fix issues. The last one was just this weekend (and why I just had to write a review). I shot them a note in the middle of the night and they were at my house by 8:30 the next morning. Fixed by 9:15. I can't say enough about them. Team is respectful, courteous, professional, and have great attitudes. You won't be disappointed with Perfect Air.

I had occasion to call Perfect Air in Robbinsville to service an issue with my AC unit as well as inspect the aging furnace before the onset of the cold weather. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly impressed with the customer service approach and the Service Techs (Luke) knowledge of what was wrong almost immediately. The matter was resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I was offered a service contract to include parts, labor and 2 annual inspections at a annual cost of what I had anticipated to be the expense of a one time repair. No pressure to enter into the contract only several different fully explained options which both flexible and reasonable. I feel confident that my HVAC system will be quickly serviced should something happen in the future.
