So impressed with service. They have always been quick to respond to any issues but today their commitment to customers was impressive. We have a long steep driveway and Mike just showed up to fill our tank in light of the nor’easter tomorrow. We were scheduled for next week but he knows how difficult access can be. We’ve been customers and fans of P. Gagnon for more than 15 years. Today they attained super-hero status! I appreciate that a/c is a First World problem but when you’re in your 80’s and the temps are in the 90’s, it becomes more than a luxury. I called late yesterday afternoon when it died. I recently had my first ductless AC/heat unit installed. Mike P the estimator was very responsive and always available. But when it came time for the installation. The two person crew went far beyond to eliminate the amount of lines on the side of my house by running them through the drop ceiling in my basement. This was NOT the original plan but an outstanding idea. When I asked if they could do it, they responded we think so but it will take allot longer but that would be fine. After over 8 hours onsite the install is far better than I could have every imagined. And after a long day they cleaned everything and made sure we were satisfied. I hope the P Gagnon team recognizes them for the outstanding efforts they both took. We are very happy.

I was glad to see Frank show up today to trouble shoot the issue with my power vent. It was cycling on for a few seconds and shutting down. He spent time figuring out it - never passing it off as a non-issue. I appreciate his commitment to determining what the issue was and fixing it. Several years ago I had a similar issue and so many technicians came, offering their opinions and fixes but never solving it. Then Frank came, thoroughly going over the heating system, and figured it out. Frank is a stellar heating system technician.

I started my relationship with P. Gagnon last summer as I was looking for a company to move my old 20 lbs tanks to the rear of my house. Scott Hemmingway at P. Gagnon came in with the best price and solution! Then recently, I could smell gas from my old Sears Kenmore stove. When my stove broke before another provider told me I'd have to buy a new stove. I do not believe in that - reuse - fix - repair is my goal for our environment. Had whole-house AC installed. We wanted to have it installed over winter, they were happy to accommodate. Follow-up from intial meeting was spotty, but this was Sept-Oct when furnaces are screaming. Once we got it scheduled, pretty smooth sailiing. Install took about 3 days (in attic). I was dismayed that a clean drop cloth hadn't been put over the bed (or hadn't been carefully removed) to protect from ceiling vent holes that needed to be cut, and other areas there was some debris. Other than that, very professional and communicative. Waiting for warm weather to try it out.

I recommend P. Gagnon and Son for their service changing from K-1 heater to propane, the servicing of my fuel furnace and timely delivery of K-1, fuel oil and now propane. Emails to rate "the team" were confusing. Thought it was going to be for specific thing as I got 3 identical emails.

P Gagnon has supplied me with oil and propane, and serviced my furnaces (2 separate houses) for over 13 years. Their service is top notch - hence the five stars. I buy their service contract which gives me an annual cleaning and ensures they will come out to my house in the event I have a problem with my furnace. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for service, even at night. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I have never had an issue with P Gagnon. Their team members are great.

We have been well served over the years by P Gagnon &Sons. The folks that have come to our home have been professional, both service and fuel delivery. My husband had always handled these kinds of household things exclusively. He has used the website to pay and to order fuel which works very well and is very convenient. Interestingly our account had an issue. My husband called the company twice, first told it would work itself out which seemed possible, the next time told that shouldn't be happening. Agreed! I called yesterday and explained this on going issue. It was then forwarded to those with the power to fix it and all is well now. With the decline in my husband's health I am alert to how he is treated. I have noticed an overall lack of patience with the elderly and those that take more time to process than most. This is the only low note in our experience. Frankly, I expect those employed in customer service positions who are not well suited to the task will be short lived.

Had propane line installed for stove in kitchen. Tech was courteous and on time. Job was done quickly and charges were reasonable. We just moved into our new home and found our oil tank was left on empty. We stopped by P. Gagnon and sons to open an account and they pulled strings to get oil delivered that afternoon. Great company to work with - fair prices on oil, but it's the service, responsiveness and customer care and commitment that matters to me most. Them being there if/when there's an issue with my heat matters way more to me that a few cents a gallon on oil. Very loyal customer of almost 20 years.

Just had my furnaces yearly service done,had the same technician as last year that's not always the norm. The tech was on time did the service in the time he said and didn't mind me asking him questions very professional.
