Horrible experience with the sales rep Asif Khan. He didn’t explain anything about the interest rate at which we will be financed but mentioned on the receipt document, of which we weren’t aware until we got the letter from the financing company that we have taken a loan. Instead he told that it’s a rental & at the end the product will be yours one the sum of rental is equal to price of the product . Newcomers beware !!! Don’t become easy target, take time to make decisions. The LWS sales reps should be trained properly instead of tricking customers. Customers please be aware from these kind of sales reps. Always remember pushy sales man = something fishy.

Mr. Heemanshu did an extremely detailed presentation at our home helping us understand the cruciality of consuming and using water free of acid/chemicals and other impurities. The presentation was definitely eye opener for us since we were assuming that the bottled water that we drank for years was in the purest form. Thankfully we are sure that now the water is safe to drink, especially for our toddler. Himanshu is very kind as a person and is always ready to render helping hands in every possible way. On his first visit, Himanshu had given the demonstration and explained well about water quality that we are drinking. As per quality check we were convinced that we need to get water treatment in our house. So we bought complete water treatment system. Now we are not worried of drinking water or bath water because treatment is for whole house and we can feel the difference. I recommend that everyone should buy this product.
