Sherlock Williams was the technician who took us through the initial process of not only water testing but making sure we had an informative presentation from the beginning to the end. i must say that Mr. Sherlock was honest and professional, his explanation was detailed. Now, i had no clue how hard the water we were consuming until the test was done...Mr. Sherlock did a wonderful water consumption and need analysis and came up with the best Lifetime Water System recommendation to my household. i must admit that; getting the system installed was the best decision we made as a family because Mr. Sherlock made it easier for us and now not only we have clean water but we are saving as well. the installation was done as early as promised and the follow ups done promptly....

I’m so glad I purchased the whole water system and soaps that came with premium package. Beside the money savings I’m so happy the soap and lifetime water system helped with removing eczema issue my 1 year old son was dealing with which doctor prescribed steroid cream couldn’t do. I hated using steroid cream solution. Also my parents love their body wash and it smells amazing. The water and soap together helped soothing the skin and prevent skin irritation. I recommend their whole package and thank Mr Raheem for his amazing customer service. I recommend going for their soap as well and you won’t ever go back to normal soaps.

I want to start off by saying I was fortunate enough to have received service from Mr Raheem on Lifetime Water service he has recommended. I like that he is very honest and detailed with his explanations which shows he values his client's time. He explained why the product would beneficial not only for me but also for everyone in my family. He asked great questions to understand how is our current experience is with the water and shared with us what possible problems we can have with the water in our city. He really did great job asking great probing question and answering to my questions which really helped me to understand why I should be getting product. He displayed a great presentation with each of the product that comes in the package and how to use it to get its full benefits. If it had not been for Mr Raheem I would never know about harm the water in our city would cause for my family especially my to small kids. Mr Raheem welcomed us in our own home and provided great insights which will help me in future as being a first time home owner. Also after using the service for a week we have noticed significant improvement in drinking water, and in hygiene. Amazing service!!! I was very indecisive to install water softener and the filtration system as had too many doubts and questions. Finally I found the right expert Raheem who guided and explained me every aspect of water quality and how the RainSoft water filtration can help me improve the same for health as well as economic reasons. I can’t find words to explain Raheem’s outstanding service from his prompt response to his follow ups during the buying process and after the installation. Further he addressed all my concerns and was very flexible to customize my installation requirements. His amazing service was followed up with an outstanding installation job performed by Gautam Alias ( Tom ) who patiently installed the system at my house with his expert skills which made the job look it easy inspire of complexities to split the water lines in a finished basement. So far I am very happy with my decision and would like to thank both Raheem and Tom from lifetime water systems!!!

Till Today, we are in Touch and he Helped me Recently Transferring the System from my Earlier Home to Current Home Including Installation.
