On 05-Jan, 2023, Shane arrived at our home to complete the furnace repair, that consisted of replacing the secondary heat exchanger, which is a major job. Shane was friendly, very respectful of our home, and happy to explain what he needed to do. In fact, I feel like I received a master class in how a gas powered condensing furnace operates. Shane is very organized in how he dismantles a furnace, and the full dismantle to replace the Carrier heat exchanger, was done in less time than estimated, and the furnace started on the first try. No corrections required. I will confidently recommend Krinkie's to anyone because they offer great customer service, communication and quality work for a fair price.

Dan **** was the Service Technician. He arrived promptly and checked my furnace. He is very professional and thorough. He was also willing to answer any questions I might have. He was also very respectful of my property. It was a messy snowy day and he handled the situation very well. I would definitely recommend Dan and Krinkie's Heating!

Excellent service from Mike H. Prompt, courteous, competent, efficient. Mike also answered our many questions about the heating system (we had recently moved into the house) and plumbing and drain questions and problems. He recommended solutions to problems and explained clearly why he recommended what he did. As a result we will be contacting Krinkie's for additional services. More than satisfied with Mike's superb service.

Shane arrived on time to check our air conditioner. He is the consummate professional. He explained in advance what he would be working on and where. He exudes trustworthiness as he quietly examined the mechanics of the conditioner inside and outdoors. When he finished he explained the current condition of the conditioner and offered an analysis of how much longer it would be functional. I checked out Shane's online reviews to discover 157 five-star reviews - I'm not surprised. I really don't know where Krinkies lands in terms of cost of service, it's the overall professionalism of the company that sells me. My wife and I have hired them for all our heating and cooling products and will continue to do so.

I appreciated Mike's courtesy and clarity and have long appreciated Krinkie's service. This time it was Dan who came and not only answered my questions but came up with some important innovative ideas. I am very grateful to the staff at Krinkie's and the help they have consistently given. Andy repaired the rusting hot water heater chimney well and explained why and how he repaired it. He did a wonderful job. He also re-set the thermostat by the WiFi system that had been damaged by the person who set it up. Andy worked hard and completed the follow through so I again have phone control of the thermostat and am so very grateful. Thank you to Andy and to all the wonderful folks all at Krinkies.
