We have used Joyce cooling and heating two times in just a little over a year. They replaced our gas heating unit and ac at our condo and today they replaced and converted our old oil unit to gas at our primary residence. Both times they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A special mention to Dan T and Pat for today’s work. They had a long day and never stopped until the job was done. They took the time at the end of the job to explain exactly what they did and how to use the new thermostat. The company offers several payment plans including a 1 year no interest plan that we took advantage of both times. Overall working with Joyce was a pleasant experience and they will be getting any future jobs that may come up.

From the onsite review, quoting, scheduling and installation, the entire Joyce team was professional. They did an exemplary job in providing a quote (quite reasonably priced by the way), scheduling and notification of upcoming installation and installation by Jim and his team. They showed up on time to install and did a great with the installation and cleaned up after they were done. Just a great team and very friendly!

Jim Nichols was the overseer of the, what I would consider a large undertaking, project with adding, not just one cooling system, two cooling and heating systems. These were by far the hotest days of the summer thus far and these men, team; crew, came in, in spite of the heat and got the project completed in the time alotted. I was totally happy with the results from start to finish. Nope, I don't mind sitting down and writing a rave review for such a carring staff, from office personel, to financial arrainging, and even having called on several occasions, various reasons, I was met with a respect from each who answered questions, gave direction clearly and fully made me and my wife feel the ease of how outfits such as Joyce Cooling & Heating would desire to have their valued customers feel. Many projects going on as well at our home where the card Jim Nichols gave me got lost in the shuffle, but, I was quick to jump onto this sight to post my best regards for Joyce Cooling & Heating!

My wife and I moved to a drafty, poorly insulated 1970-built home last summer, and quickly found cooling to be really difficult even with large 12k BTU window units. Then winter came and we found it even harder to heat effectively with hot water baseboards fueled by an oil burner. We were interested in a 5 zone Mitsubishi split system with Hyper Heat that would solve our seasonal heating and cooling issues. I saw Joyce's long history of great reviews online, plus their Diamond dealer status with Mitsubishi, and gave them a call. Ray Creaney came out and walked through the system design with me, offering valuable insight in a few different areas. Ray was a pleasure to work with during the sales process. When we booked the job, we were hoping for a fast, smooth, professional install. We have an infant and two dogs at home and needed to minimize the disruption. Jim Nichols and his team really delivered. The install was fast, clean, and really well done. The system is impressive and is already delivering cost-effective heat to our family room on day 1, making it far more cozy than the baseboards ever could. Overall I would highly recommend Joyce to anyone looking for a Mitsubishi whole home solution. Ray, Jim and the crew were all fantastic and we are now very happy customers.

I had called them to install a new tankless water heater. They first explained what they were going to do and addressed any question or issues I had. Then they worked quietly for about 5 hours, which was great because I work from home. They tested the system, cleaned up, and then reviewed the controls with me. Everything looks neat and organized. It's probably the cleanest install of anything plumbing related I've ever had done. I'm very happy with the work.

We purchased a home in Hollis in August that was in need of new heating and AC systems so we reached out to Joyce Cooling and Heating for a quote. Matt came right out to our home to complete the quote. He was prompt, professional and courteous and the quote that I received was well in line with what I was hoping for so we booked a day and time for the install. Jim Nichols and his team arrived at my home right on time and they did an amazing job! Jim and his crew went out of their way to explain everything that was going on and they went above and beyond when it came to keeping the job and our property (white carpets!) neat and tidy. 3/4/22 Joyce Cooling and Heating installed a new furnace and AC for me this week. Overall, I was happy with the service. Jason was great about answering my pre-service (and actually two post-service) questions. Tina was helpful and flexible with scheduling and she's always nice and helpful on the phone and in emails. I very much appreciate that. Calvin and the gentlemen who installed the product were polite and professional (and played pretty good music while they worked). I had a few minor concerns, but nothing that would prevent me from hiring them again (there was an electrical issue, which they did try to resolve, but I had to call an electrician who quickly fixed it and they forgot to give me a permit, but they were able to provide it when I emailed them). Also, wanted to note that the person who did my inspection for the city spoke highly of the company as well. Joyce Cooling and Heating was great. Tony was friendly, professional, and patient. He kindly answered all my questions. I sincerely appreciate it.

From making my appointment to getting my furnace cleaned and serviced my experience with Joyce Cooling & heating was fantastic! John really went above and beyond by explaining things to me that I did not know before. He answered all my questions, I did not feel rushed and he was very thorough.
