Mick came to service my A/C on a very cold and windy day. He was the most thorough technician I have had. He was pleasant, kind and very helpful to me. I had some issues with the inside vents ( I had placed some filters over them) and they were restricting a great deal of air flow in the house. He found the source of restrictions and recommended I cover no more than 1 or 2. What a difference this has made! He took the time to find the issue and offered a suggestion without making me feel stupid for having covered them. I think he must be a very valuable employee with excellent customer service records.

Jim's is great. We recently purchased a new AC unit and Michael as well as Ty and Kyle were prompt and very polite. They took their time to get the install correct as well as make adjustments to help out the service techs when they come out. Michael did mention the follow up to ensure the system is running a peak efficiency when summer comes on. Fantastic company and fantastic employees.

Stitch and John installed a new water heater in our home . He and John showed up on time, friendly and professional. The work was done and inspected in a timely manor. Stitch more less interviewed my wife and I regarding our hot water preferences and needs. He suggested other money saving options, that made sense to us. Jim's heating and cooling have a great maintenance program that also saves us money. The real kicker was when the inspector came to see the work done. The inspector came in took a step back and said" this heater instalment was done well!"

We have been a customer of Jim's since the 90's. They installed new Heating systems in two homes for us . They have serviced those systems annually. In that time, they have responded to two warranty issues and stood by their product. When one manufacturer changed it's support Jim's managment corrected the problem.Their technicians have been excellent demonstrating skill and knowledge about our somewhat complex heating system and have solved every problem. Recently we have a problem with a damper in a zone system than is about 15 yeas old and was remedied quickly.. We have met many technicians over the years and each of them has been excellent. In all that time we have never had an issue with the company. Thanks to all who work there for their integrity and maintaining high standards. BTW, this is not hyperbole as I am very familiar with organizational systems and quality improvement. If Jim's was underperforming, I would not hesitate to say so. After having multiple HVAC companies come out to look at our Bryant system, we were referred to Kyle at Jim's Heating & Cooling. He came out next day, was super knowledgeable about the system and gave us a quote a 1/3 of the price of another company! We saved almost $600 by going with Jim's and our AC is back up and running. John and his crew did a magnificent job of installing our new HVAC system at the absolute worst possible time of year - late December. John and his crew arrived on time, completed the job on time, and when they left, we had a warm and comfortable home just as the weather turned miserably cold. They made the impact of the job as less as possible and even cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed! Very highly recommended!!

Nathan has worked very hard over the past two years, since we purchased our home, to keep our aging system running. He warned us our system was just about past it's service but found the obsolete refrigerant our system required and repaired it to keep it running long enough until we could afford a new system. Nathan is up front, honest, and has an excellent work ethic. He gave us all the information we needed to have repairs done but he also gave us other options and information regarding total replacement which we eventually did. We highly recommend Nathan
