Hat tip to the Jennings Oil team. This was one of the most well run projects we have seen. Our sales person did all of the legwork to spec out what we wanted, went to town hall for permits and the installation team came for two days to do their magic. We had both our original furnace and hot water tank replaced, with the systems in these photos. Our place was broom swept clean before they left and the old systems were hauled off, we did not have to remind them of anything. Post installation they came onsite and verified everything was working well. Their Service Manager Dave Westerfield and his team were amazing, professional and thorough. Excellent company. I changed oil companies to Jennings because of their reputation for providing excellent service and competitive prices. I was not disappointed. On the very first visit, the customer service engineer fixed and adjusted things on my furnace that were not even identified by my previous oil company despite years of loyalty. Everyone from the administrative staff to the engineers to the delivery folks are friendly, helpful, and professional. I have been given sound and helpful advice. In addition, these folks are immediately responsive. I would recommend them to everyone. If in doubt go with Jennings.

We've been using Jennings ever since we moved to the area in 2013. We have always been impressed with their service - even from the day we moved in when our heat wasn't working, in late December. All because the batteries were dead in the thermostat. Of course - we had no batteries as our stuff was being moved off the truck that day, and the service tech drove a few blocks to a family member's house to get some! Since then, their service has continued to be fabulous and they always get here super quickly if there is an issue (always within the hour). The staff in the office are friendly and professional as well. Highly recommended!

We have been using Jennings for a couple of years now after a unfavorable encounter with a established competitor. We had a new furnace installed with Jennings and they were very professional during the sale, installation, and servicing. Anytime we call or stop at the office it is always a friendly encounter. Most recently we had used a bit more oil then figured in the automatic delivery plan and had called to have a delivery. No problem.....keep up the great work.

Even when I have an issue that is outside of their expertise they are there to provide recommendations and guidance. All the years I have been using Jennings I have never had a problem. When they began selling Propane in 2018 I hesitated using them but problems with one of the "Big" suppliers made the choice for me and i'm so glad I did. Recently, we had problems with our Vermont Castings propane stove. I was worried about getting parts because of the age of the unit but they walked in and had us up and running immediately, having all the parts needed in the truck with them. I'm awful with names so I can't remember the technicians name but he was excellent. Walked in, knew the stove by heart, disassembled the unit, replaced the part needed and was out of here in no time. So much for my worries. I posted another review for Jennings last year concerning the oil tank in my cellar, I walked down my cellar stairs and smelled fuel oil. I looked around and quickly found a puddle under my tank that could have been a disaster. Jennings was in my house within an hour to put a temporary patch on the tank that stopped the leak and gave us the needed time for them to bring in a new tank and pump out the old. Can't say enough about how professional they are.

I have been dealing with Jennings Oil Company since the 1980s; Jennings Oil Co. Employees have always been extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I miss "John" on the telephone when I call the office though. Jennings Oil Co. personnel have always been prompt [when an appointment is for the morning they always arrive in the morning], they have always provided the news good or bad upfront and honestly without a bunch of hemming and hawing. I would recommend Jennings Oil Company to anyone anytime!!

It was very easy to work with Eric O. @ Jennings oil from the initial review of my existing equipment to project scheduling and execution of the final project. Unexpected bonus was in house, short term financing program (1/3 down, 6 installments for the balance @ 0% interest). The tech crew (Mike and ?) was great, handled everything professionally, and left the area very clean and neat. No issues. I made the switch to Jennings for my HVAC needs this past Spring as my now former company was ever increasingly getting more and more expensive. I've found Jenning's rates to be reasonable and fair, with the service and response to an emergent situation to be as professional and thorough as the aformentioned competitor. Very happy with my decision to make the switch, and love the idea of working with a local, family run business.

Love these guys. I was facing the choice of having to pay $4k to replace my oil tank because of a broken whistle pipe. Current oil co didn't have a solution to avoid this. Called Jennings on a whim and their guy came out accessed the situation and provided a solution that only cost me $200! That's customer service!
