But they were extremely efficient and effective, and were able to fix the situation in short order. They were responsive, transparent, and great to work with! Eddie and Thomas did an excellent job making two slab penetrations and repairing three sewer leaks under our home. They were kind, friendly, and patient in answering all our questions. This was not a small job; it took three days to complete. We worried about dust, but they made hardly any and cleaned up after themselves well. We heartily recommend this company.

We had a leak in our slab and we were very nervous about getting our slab cut and jackhammered, we were reassured by Eddie Palacio and his helper Guillermo that they do a lot of slab leaks. We had an appointment for them to start the job Monday at 9:00am the guys were right on time. Eddie & Guillermo finished and repaired the leak about 4:00pm and the clean up job was excellent. We would highly recommend Herndon McFarland and Eddie & Guillermo for anyones plumbing needs. Jessica in the office is so nice and very helpful. First class company and excellent people.
