Marc, Lincoln and Dave at Heartland were awesome. From first contact to last day on the finished job follow up calls to see if I had any problems or questions, they were professional, efficient and friendly. Plus they observed safety protocols and wore face masks when they came inside the house. I have an older home and the job took a bit longer than expected but Marc kept me posted. I have nothing but good things to say! My new AC worked perfectly and I love the wireless thermostat. Can’t wait to try out the new furnace once it gets cold enough. Thanks Marc and crew!!

I was panicking when my AC went out during the pandemic. Heartland got right back to me and had my repairs done within the week. They were fast and efficient and didn't leave a mess. Price was good, didn't have to shop around. Cooperative about staying in their own space and staying out of mine. So glad I had the job done right away.

Our project was fairly large and done on a hot day. Both Dave and Lincoln are very experienced installers; were able to solve some challenging problems that occurred; and completed the job in one day as hoped. They were professional and respectful in our home. They work for a union company and represent it well. They answered questions and demonstrated their expertise throughout the job. We would have them back for any needs any time.

Marc was very prompt and professional. (He wore a mask and shoe covers when he was in the house.) He answered questions and was friendly with us (and our 53 year old autistic son). The estimate was completed and returned the next day; the estimate held true. Lincoln and Dave kept us informed about what they were doing and when they thought they would return and finish the installation. Everyone was polite and considerate. The system seems to be working well. We are grateful that it was installed before the hottest weather.

Both of these guys did a great job. They showed up on time and kept me posted on their progress. The only time they took a break was for a short lunch. They finished when they said they would, answered all my questions and cleaned up nicely. You can send them each, or both, back any time.

Rowdy did a great job on checking our home system and our pool house system under the Total Comfort Savings Agreement. Very customer friendly, explained everything clearly, found two capacitors a little out of spec and got those changed. Saved us future trouble. Excellent job Rowdy. Hope to see him next spring. Rowdy arrived on time and ready with a new filter. He worked efficiently and thoroughly. His attention to detail was excellent and he got my humidifier operational again very quickly (thank you!) and then went to work on the furnace checkup. He completed all work in a timely manner and explained thoroughly the work that he had completed. He was highly professional and did excellent work in completing my annual furnace checkup.

Rowdy has came to service our A/C unit for a few years. He always comes with a smile and a very friendly personality. We enjoy having him as our service technician and put our trust in him 100%. He always goes above and beyond to see that our needs are met and that we are completely satisfied with not only his work but, with the company he represents.
