Two weeks on THursday, ago my boiler stopped working due to a faulty fan. I contacted Genz Ryan @ 8 am and was told someone would be there promptly as I had no heat and no hot water. She also assured me they would not leave me in the cold-they provide space heaters. I also contacted the manufacturer who directed me to Ferguson for the part which they did not have in stock but priced it at $432. Genz Ryan did not show up until 3:30 pm, said part would not be available until the following Monday and left within 15 minutes- no space heater, no apologies for being late meaning the part could not now be shipped until Monday. On Monday afternoon, Steve showed up, spent 45 minutes installing the new fan and left me a bill for $1500! Even with mark-up for the part, that's $1000 per hour for labor! More than any doctor or lawyer in thus state! Wish I had consulted Angie's list where many people reported the same type of price gouging, particularly of the elderly. I am a senior citizen. Will be reporting to the Dept of Commerce and contacting our representatives to do something about price gouging, particularly in the dead of winter when your only other option a that point is to freeze!

SHEA & JESSE were sent to my house to replace out dated and failing plumbing, as you know punctuality is important! They were on time for a big job. Shea got started removing the old water softener and associated equipment and Jesse went to work on replacing all the faucets, shut -off valves and shower mix valves which requires cutting access with precision then installing close up panels for three bathrooms! This team was great! All the work was done at a professional level. Clean up was perfect! I was very satisfied with the work performed. I would recommend this team again & Genz-Ryan for all your HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical needs!

Matt did an excellent job with our annual plumbing inspection as part of our maintenance agreement. He gave us an honest assessment and was not pushy in any way when we let him know another company takes care of reverse osmosis system.
