We woke up on Sunday to no hot water. So we called The General and were sold the latest and the greatest technological contraption to provide hot water to our house. They came on Wednesday to install and the installers Diego and Luis were efficient and cleaned up the garage where they worked; thanks. But between the four people they sent out and the 3 or 4 folks we talked to on the phone, I would expect better communication. Now, I understand it takes two to communicate, and I’m sorry I was so impatient, but we haven’t heard a real clear answer to our question of when will the hot water reach all our faucets?!?? We had instant hot water before, and ever since last night at 5pm, (it’s now 8am the next morning), we’ve had to scrounge for hot water. I took a bath last night by turning on the hot water faucet full blast with no cold water accompanying it and got a warm bath finally after four days. Not sufficient. So I called The General after the installation & they sent out Anthony who I heard mention to my husband that the tankless machine has a brain inside that will get accustomed to our particular usage patterns. Great! That would’ve been good to know on the front end of this whole job. We asked the salesman, Mike, about instant hot water and were given no explanation other than vague sentences on the evasive side. Not even to mention the whole water wastefulness issue of having to wait on the water to heat up! So we expected a lot better communication from the half dozen or so people we dealt with. We’ll see about this tankless machine with a brain, but this morning it’s hit or miss on where our hot water arrived: some sinks, yes; some showers, not! D&R Erwood

I really appreciate that Ernesto was extremely professional and he arrived on time. More importantly, he wore a protective mask and gloves the entire time. It really means a lot to me that Ernesto wore protective gear and practiced social distancing as I have a pre-existing condition and my granddaughters are living with me. I also want to commend Ernesto for his politeness and leaving the work area clean and disinfected before he left.
Lastly, thank you to Ernesto for being honest and his boss Patrick for his kindness and consideration of my families needs. Thank you for not taking advantage of us. I will definitely be a lifetime customer of General Air Conditioning & Plumbing. I've even started recommending your wonderful services to friends and family.

As my husband doesn't have an email account and doesn't know mine, he got nothing! I have no way to check the work that was supposedly done. All my husband wanted was new coolant and the guy refused to give him that. 99 bucks for nothing!! As my husband is an elderly man in his 80's I feel he was completely taken advantage of!

Sergio C********, Comfort Advisor came to my home at 8 p.m. the night my air conditioner died. He advised me as to the type of system that would be proper for my property and told me that he would get back to me in the morning. By noon the following day he arrived with Julio and Oscar, installers to put in my new heating and air condition system. The two gentlemen that did the actual installation - Julio and Oscar - did a wonderful job. In extreme heat they were hard at work. They left my home in excellent condition, cleaning both inside and outside the premises. By 7:30 p.m. I was feeling the much welcome cooling air. Everyone involved in this process were efficient, polite and hard working. I highly recommend them.

I received a text at 6:45 AM that Christian was on the way. He arrived about 7:20 AM. I had asked for a 7AM - 9AM time frame as I have a doctors appointment at 11 AM. He immediately started checking the thermostat and furnace. Found a issue in the furnace end of it. He then went outside and id a major checkout of the compressor. Again, he found a few issues. The unit I own is 19 years old and the repairs needed would be a little shy of $2000. I decided, since the unit is keeping us comfortable to wait and see, knowing that a new AC unit is in our future. Christian was polite, and professional. He was very understanding of the situation and respected our wishes to wait. He is very personable and I have asked that he be our primary tech
