I don't know the name of the serviceman but he did nothing that my husband asked for and charged us $99.00 for nothing . My husband asked for a receipt and was told they only email receipts . As my husband doesn't have an email account and doesn't know mine, he got nothing! I have no way to check the work that was supposedly done. All my husband wanted was new coolant and the guy refused to give him that. 99 bucks for nothing!! As my husband is an elderly man in his 80's I feel he was completely taken advantage of!

Sergio C********, Comfort Advisor came to my home at 8 p.m. the night my air conditioner died. He advised me as to the type of system that would be proper for my property and told me that he would get back to me in the morning. By noon the following day he arrived with Julio and Oscar, installers to put in my new heating and air condition system. The two gentlemen that did the actual installation - Julio and Oscar - did a wonderful job. In extreme heat they were hard at work. They left my home in excellent condition, cleaning both inside and outside the premises. By 7:30 p.m. I was feeling the much welcome cooling air. Everyone involved in this process were efficient, polite and hard working. I highly recommend them.

I received a text at 6:45 AM that Christian was on the way. He arrived about 7:20 AM. I had asked for a 7AM - 9AM time frame as I have a doctors appointment at 11 AM. He immediately started checking the thermostat and furnace. Found a issue in the furnace end of it. He then went outside and id a major checkout of the compressor. Again, he found a few issues. The unit I own is 19 years old and the repairs needed would be a little shy of $2000. I decided, since the unit is keeping us comfortable to wait and see, knowing that a new AC unit is in our future. Christian was polite, and professional. He was very understanding of the situation and respected our wishes to wait. He is very personable and I have asked that he be our primary tech

I am 70 years old and so far in my lifetime, I have never received such a high standard service. My plumbing representative was Zack Vaughn and I must say that he gives meaning to "Gold Star Service". I was in a very frustrating situation what I needed and wanted done in my guest bathroom. Zack arrived promptly, with a smile and a positive attitude and took the time to listen to my needs and then came up with a brilliant idea to solve my problem. He literally worked for hours and refused to even take a break until the job was done, and completed to my satisfaction. I have much respect for Zack, his fine work ethics and his wanting to strive for excellence in his work. I could not be more pleased with my bathroom. It went from an eyesore to a miracle. Thanks to Zack Vaughan. Thank you Zack and thank you General Air Conditioning & Plumbing. I sincerely recommend them to all who seek plumbing help and quality workmanship.

First, I am sure the General will not ever let this review on their site, as it is very negative and not conducive to their business, but on the chance that it does make it, will write it. We have had issues with the General Company before and they have been resolved after going back and forth with telephone calls and emails. We now have a new issue, that is not being resolved in my opinion, very customer friendly. Our AC unit is not cooling, the air coming out of the vents is warm and the unit is running non stop since last night. Called the General and was told that it might be a number of factors which I could appreciate. The gentleman told me as long as the variance between what we had the temperature set at, which was 78 and the actual temperature of the house, which at that time last night was 81, was no more than 2 or 3 degrees, it would be fine. Any thing more than that would indicate a problem. I got up at 2am to check the temperature and it was 84, the unit was running non stop, so I turned the unit off, as I did not want to compromise the motor. I called the General at 7am this morning and was told the appointment I made last night for this coming Tuesday, was the best they could do. I told them we needed a service call today, as it was running more than 2-3 degrees variance and we had two dogs in the house, that we leave alone during the day and did not want to leave them with no air conditioning. The gentleman was pleasant, but said they had a similar circumstance with another property and they were booked up until Tuesday. When we purchased our new system, it was on a Sunday, just like today, and they actually installed our system on that Sunday in July 27. 2014. The General surely has time to sell a new system on Sunday, but when we need service that is a different animal. Why do they advertise they are open 24/7 if you can't get service? And we have a service contact to boot. I don't know why we have a service agreement if we can't get help when our unit is on the frizz. If we had to do over again, we would not have purchased from the General. More than happy to sell on a weekend, but not so happy about helping us when we need it. I can’t say enough about the customer service and professional I received from not only Christian and Ken, but also the installation crew at my home! Christian was very thorough in explaining the malfunction in our system along with photos and videos he had taken to share. Once we realized our best option was to replace the unit, he contacted Ken who came to our home that afternoon to review our options. Christian waited for Kens arrival so he could explain in detail the problems we were facing! Ken then worked with me via e-mail thru the night and had a crew to my home the following morning at 9:00 along with him!!! Amazing customer care on the part of the both of them!! The crew was very respectful of my home and I had air conditioning that evening!! I hope they enjoyed the cookies!
