Wanted to express and share our gratitude for outstanding service, received from Erick Smock HVAV, in removing our old heat pump system and installing a new one. All three persons who arrived were very professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and respectful. When completed, the inside and outside units were shown and explained, along with details concerning the final paperwork. The only signs of any work being done were the new units. They worked as a team and represented their company with excellent service. We definitely recommend this company for top-of-the-line service. They made this process so easy for us, from discussing our needs at the beginning to the final installation.

A fantastic experience with Eric Smock HVAC replacing our heat pump system and water heater. Matt, Will, Bud, and Mario are a great team and did a superior, professional job. Left everything clean and neat, inside and out. They paid attention to the little details and listened to what the customer (us) really wanted. Recently had our Oil furnace replaced with a heat pump they did a great job very clean neat installation and the system works great. we are very happy that we found this company .Highly recommend.Thank you guy. As always, Eric Smock HVAC performed the biannual maintenance on our heat pump. The technician (Doug) came on time after calling to confirm his ETA. He checked all parts of the system including the humidifier. Doug gave a verbal and written checklist of all aspects of the maintenance service for our records. He is a consummate professional who represents Eric Smock HVAC well. If you need HVAC service, please consider this company.

Dan c. has been servicing our Old and New HVAC system for a couple years now. He always communicates with us on arrival times and the service he performs on our System. He is very knowlegeble and honest about what is going on with our System. Eric Schmock and co are not the most Expensive and not the cheapest but the are Reliable, Fast, Knowledgeable and Communicate very well. Which is why we had them replace our whole system when our old one needed to be replaced. Highly recommend there service.
