My basement recently flooded from a huge rain and had to call several contractors to come out and fix the mess. For the plumbing needs I called E.R. Plumbing in Matthews, N.C. The technician, Leonard, was very nice and did a great job with replacing the sump pump. It works fine and everything looks good. Leonard has years of experience and he is well trusted! Joe arrived to knock a large hole in the dinning room plaster wall of the 100 year of building...but he started very conservatively, making a small hole in the wall to assess the suspected problem and locate the drain pipe. He was very diagnostic in his approach. What he discovered was that the water issue was not related to the drain pipe at all. His diagnostic and conservative approach prevented much unnecessary mess and repair upon determining the real problem. He was prompt, professional and tidy in his work.

Today was our second experience with E R Plumbing and both times were fantastic! Jeff M advised us on our guest bath options after our wood floor installers left us with a mess and non-usable sink. He arrived on time today and went above and beyond to get the work done right - work that was done wrong by our contractor who built our house and the floor installers! He solved every one of our issues, was patient and calm (when I wasnt, due to the frustration of the situation) and professional. I am so glad to have found this company if we ever have plumbing needs in the future!

Joe came on time and gave me estimates and an explanation for the three jobs I requested (toilet flange and wax ring replacement due to a wobbly toilet, replacement main water line pressure relief valve to correct a leak, and replacement outdoor faucet valves to correct failed back pressure valves). Joe completed the work to my 100% satisfaction and cleaned up after himself. I’m very happy with the quality of the work. ER is not the cheapest plumber in Charlotte, but it is my hope the work completed today will stand the test of time.

This company deserves five stars. Starting with Allison, who answered the phone.She was pleasant, honest, considerate and provided excellent customer service. When Leornard and Alex (the plumbers or service professionals) arrived they also demonstrated excellent customer service. They listened to me, we found the source of the problem together, they were considered of my floors-covering their feet as they went in and out and I was not overcharged. I appreciate the timeliness and applaud the quailty of the work done. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for going the extra mile to please your customers.
