They are timely on coming out to give an estimate but they do not follow through. Called to stop running water in bathtub faucet. It needed a new faucet cartridge. The technician said he did not have the part on their truck. Said they would get back to me. I called another plumber, sent him photos of the faucet and he came out and fixed it the next morning. I did not hear back from E.R. for two days. When I did receive the estimates from E.R. to replace the cartridge it was higher than I paid the other plumber to fix it. I do not know what the quality of their work is as I have not had any plumbing work done by this company. Their follow through after coming out to give estimates is lacking and all their estimates I received for plumbing projects are very high.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nick H. in December when he arrived to our home . Our primary issues were to increase the water pressure for our showers and clean the pipes connected to our washing machine . We have lived in our home for 11 years and are now just needing plumbing services . ER plumbing sent Nick to us . I have to compliment him for being an outstanding professional . If you are looking for a plumber, stop your search because you found the right one! I can't thank them enough. Jeff and Nick came to replace my toilet and water heater. E.R. could not have sent better gentlemen. Highly professional and they truly cared about our safety. They found a leak in a flue duct unrelated to plumbing that is leaking carbon monoxide that would have gone undetected if not for them so I am very grateful. Jeff is meticulous about making sure the job was done right, even when it meant extra things that popped up along the way. He explained everything from a-z. I trusted them immediately. They were professional, sincere, kind, and got the jobs done and then some. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Nick. Thank you!

Leonard was excellent. He listened carefully, pointed out some of the tricky aspects of the situation, then started. He answered all of my questions, and the job was completed in a tidy, workmanlike manner. After finishing, he relit the hot water tank and verified that the previously malfunctioning burners on the stove were working properly. He then checked that the gas dryer was also heating. As I stated above, Leonard's work was excellent. The next time we call, please, send Leonard.

Never having an issue as this at our residence, I remembered seeing ER Plumbing trucks as I was driving from time to time. I called, and they scheduled me a service call for same evening, (Thanksgiving Eve), and Josh G****** showed up quicker than I expected. He immediately found the problem, which was a pump within the septic tank. Josh informed me that ER Plumbing did not service septic systems. He made a call to a company he knew of, and they committed to be at my house the next morning (Thanksgiving Day!) I could not ask for better service than I received from ER Plumbing, and will definitely call them should I ever need plumbing help in the future. In comes Jeff M with "foot booties" in hand ready to rescue our leaking faucet. E.R Plumbing literally saved the day as we were in the middle of a small home reno project we needed a last minute plumber and called a big name company and had awful service and were quoted an insane price to fix something simple. We called E. R plumbing and they had someone out within the hour, so friendly from the office staff to the actual plumber - they resolved the issue in minutes and gave us a great price. I would highly recommend them!
